IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Medical Examination	Hey guys! Good morning to everyone! I have a curious question to ask. I am Brazilian, and my husband is American. We already underway with the entire process with NVC, and our ID number starts with RDJ (Stands for Rio de Janeiro, which is where we will be getting interviewed within the coming months). Question here is: I live in Rio Grande do Norte ( I'd say about 2 1/2 hours by plane to Rio from here ) and will soon have to get the medical done. There is a NVC doctor in Recife ( about 3 hours by bus from here ). Would it be possible to get this medical done there? Does it have to be done in the state that you are getting interviewed in? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K1 and K2 Please help me :P	The k-1 visa has an expiry date of 6 months after issue. The k-2 holder must follow within 12 months of k-1 benifactor entering the country. You need to apply for both visas once you get NOA2, and pay two fees. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K1 and K2 Please help me :P	Hi Vj`s We have read several posts but they dont necessarly fit at our situation and some other posts so we got some questions we apreciate any responses Here is our Situation: We already filed K1 12/27/2012 - Got NOA 1 - 02/01/2013 and waiting for NOA 2, My fiancee have a 10 years old son, he was mentioned in our petition. He will not be able to come imediadlly with her to US due to school in Brazil and we would like to organize our life to recieve him first, Now here`s our Questions : 1- How long do we actually have my stepson under K1 visa? 2- How`s the steps for k2? we already mentioned his name on forms of k1. 3 - My Fiancee is able to return back to pick up her son? when? 4 - The son have to do Biometrical exams? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Needing a co-sponsor	Well consulate of the rio de janeiro  Accept for I 134 support under 100% for the interview, so if his tax income cover 100% its fine,(i experienced myself with 100%) but you guys need to find someone to co sponsor for AOS thats definitely 125%...You can also mail the consulate asking that question about the 100% poverty guidelines for I 134, Support , (ImmigrationRio@state.gov)  Good Luck..
