USCIS Service CentersCSC is moving, slowly but is moving

CSC started to approve October and December files. I how will start soon January, February and March. Are any March filer here? http://www.visajourn...l&dfile=No&adv=

I think Igor's list is the best way to make sense of what is going on with the service centers.

How about we let the JULY and AUGUST filers get finished up before anything else? I'm an early November filer but I can't imagine rooting for my own case to be processed before someone who's been waiting four months more than me!

I'm October, I agree July and August have done their time!!

USCIS Service CentersSlow day

Was only 14 last nigh , plus some of them was approved on 22nd but for some reason but on Igors list shows them as 23rd

I count each one that comes through, I am not letting the dates confuse me, it was 24 for Tuesday..

USCIS Service CentersThe CSC I-129F Frenzy

Yes a few of us have done the stats, it is on average 6.5%. Depending on the month, it varies up to 7% and down to 5.5%. So take the 30 something approvals and you get something like several hundred real approvals. Which I can also verify as I also track each wAC# from my case to July 18th and I can tell you that in that small group there were over 130 approvals on Friday and 43 RFE's.......

Funny thing about August though, if you were to have looked at the stat of VJ's to receipts two months ago, there were only around 135 of us ~7%.

Very interesting, doing the math they are approving some big numbers of petitions!! Thank you.

USCIS Service CentersThe CSC I-129F Frenzy

Jeffrey, you have seen fluctuations in the percentages because it varies by month. The following data is for CSC only, comparing the number of receipts of I-129F that CSC reported and the total number of VJ members on Igor's list for CSC. A similar calculation could be done for Vermont.

......USCIS receipts.....VJ Members.....Percentage
Jul.......1883..............142............7.54%
Aug.......1656..............185...........11.17%
Sep.......1483..............145............9.78%
Oct.......1714..............143............8.34%
Nov.......1447..............102............7.05%
Dec.......1442...............82............5.69%

It makes sense if you consider that half of July filers received NOA2 within a few months, so not as many joined this site.
The longer someone waits, the more likely they are to not only find VJ, but become a member.

I get the number of USCIS receipts from here: http://dashboard.usc...e=2&charttype=1

Thank you very much 2Far

Does anyone know with any degree of certanty what percentage VJ members make up of the total filers at USCIS? I have seen speculation of 6 to 10% if that is the case I suppose it would be safe to assume that half of that number would be VSC and the other half CSC regarding the I129F?

USCIS Service CentersAny approvals for CSC on May 1?

They don't usually start to show up on VJ until late evening.

USCIS Service CentersUSCIS) is temporarily suspending adjudication of most Form I-129 H-2B petitions
Effective March 22, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is temporarily suspending adjudication of most Form I-129 H-2B petitions for temporary non-agricultural workers while the government considers appropriate action in response to the Court order entered March 21, 2013 in Comite de Apoyo a los Trabajadores Agricolas et al v. Solis, 2:09-cv-00240-LDD (E.D. Pa). That order granted a permanent injunction against the operation of the portion of the Department of Labor’s (DOL) 2008 wage rule related to certain prevailing wage determinations and gave DOL 30 days to come into compliance with the Court order.

Read the alert.

No CSC approvals today?

I sent in an RFE response last week, am hoping to hear something soon. CSC is so unpredictable that I don't even know when to expect anything, for that matter.

Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)FINALLY! A website that explains Administrative Processing limbo

I know this website says Kuala Lumpur, but it explains that even when you have been approved, the CEAC site will still say "Administrative Processing" for your status.

We have been so stressed and frustrated by this process. It really need to be updated to be more informative.  After all, we are doing it legally!

I hope this puts other couples at ease as it did us.

Good luck everyone.

USCIS Service Centersi need really advice

You did not pass the interview if they sent your papers back to the US. The best advice is to have your wife come on here and get advice from American women who have gone through the same thing with the American consulate in Casablanca. You can't do anything from your side. Have your wife come on VisaJourney.

It is NOT approved, as he said they sent his papers back to the US.

thank you , i was looking from the point where the wife called and they told her approcved. but you are right if it went back it is not approved. dont know who his wife spoke to there. besides the misunderstanding of the co to the wife, it would be nice if the uscis site would update statuses better, beacuse even once it get back it will still just show intial review and not any post approved denied. i noticed that on my first petiton, it still says initial review and we are on a whole new petition. i hope everyone just hang in there. sorry for the misunderstanding though.

USCIS Service Centerstime lines
okay so now i am way out of processing time. about seven months by tomorrow to be exact. we are clearly not happy with the same old excuses we get. the latest was a service request amd the response from them was for us to wait another 45 days to recieve a noa. it will be 7 months since we heard anything else from them at the uscis. there are people who filed months after we did and they are now almost processed by the nvc already. i just dont get it. how could we fall to the bottom of some so called stack of petitions. they really need a better system.

Okay nowour timeline is saying that our petition should be adjudicated between june 21 and july 3rd. that is todays date july 3rd. this time line is way off some how. i never heard anything from anyone about my noa2. uscic told me that i really have until August before i should inquire about this matter with them because they have five months to respond to this type of petition. that will be august. so i am wondering what should i do. i was hoping the vj timeline was close to being correct for us.

I love looking at the vj timeline for mine and hubby. seeing the dates get closer gets exciting. I was asked by the senators office how does vj know the timeline of this process? she asked where does this information come from? how can they be so sure? I know alot of us look at the timelines too. but know I am asking myself these same questions. does anyone know if the timeline is accurate?

i would like it if you have a testimonial of you accuracy of your timelines. that would be helpful. can you give me your opion of the senators questions.

Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)Has anyone had success using an I-601 form for vaccination reasons?

Vaccination is pretty important, for a waiver i imagine that it would be for a far more important issue than just the thought of thinking its unsafe elements. Vaccination is not only for his safety but the safety of other people around him, and being an adult and health at that the waiver consideration can be tricky- anyway i wish you best of luck.
