USCIS Service Centers	Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!	Sigh, received a response to my service request that was useless. Just says to wait. Stupid, stupid, stupid.   same here.. received the same typical response.   Thank you for your inquiry regarding your pending Form I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance(e).  U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that your case is pending at TSC.  Your Form I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance(e) was received on 12/14/2012. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner.  At this time the Texas Service Center will be processing I-129F petitions in order to balance the overall workload with processing capacity.  On 05/30/2013, USCIS transferred the workload for I 129F petitions  processing from the Vermont Service Center to the Texas Service Center. If you have not received notification from USCIS within 45 days, please check the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov or call the USCIS National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 for updated processing time information.  Please note that estimated processing times and processing goals are not a guarantee that applications will be processed within the estimated timeframe. USCIS Service Centers	Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!	7 days ago I got exited because the 2 cases below mine were approved and I was expecting to see mine approved the next day... Well today I  have the same "Initial Review"   So dissapointed   I don't know how long will take to see "APPROVED"...     Good Luck everybody, hope your cases are approve soon! I know exactly how you feel. I am in the same situation. Two numbers before me are both approved. However, there are 5 more after me out of which 2 got RFE and 3 are still in initial review. Thank you each and every person on this forum for sharing priceless information about K1 visa.   I am also a December 2012 filer and I sent my file to Vermont. I have a NOA1 date of 12/18/12 (around the same time frame as most of you).   I have been patiently waiting for our approval as well. Well don't know if this is a good thing but I am a March 1 filer and I just got a RFE email and Text . Can this only be a good thing ???????? Comment away That is a good thingg!! "I am so tired of how slow vermont is working, I was thinking that maybe all the people who are still waiting for approval should write letters to their senators to do something about Vermont Service Center. I figured with so many October filers left, it would be at least another week before VSC got into the meat of November and to my petition.     CONGRATULATIONS!! I'm a Jan filer, hope mines is sooN! I want to have my NOA2 so baaaaad!!!!!!!!.......we can't take the pressure of being appart Congrats for all of you who got it....but i just feel hopeless because mine is over 6 months and i still don't see any progress....i am so depressed and so is my future husband, we have no stability...i am traveling constantly but i can't take having to say good bye to my daughter and him every few months....     You should try contacting the USCIS!! hope ur noa2 approval comes soon, hold on and dont give up! USCIS Service Centers	CSC is starting to approve Jan2013 filers and VSC is behind?! - K1 Visa	Its so hard when they are random like that... we got our NOA1 on January 18th, but no NOA2 yet... while people who got their NOA1 in January 30th already got theirs approvals... I'm happy for them.. but its just so hard not knowing when you will get it.. specially when you think of those who applied last year and didnt get it yet...   Gotta trust God has a right time and a reason for everything.. even when you really miss your loved one!     Its really depressing looking at the list but we truly cant do anything about it. and dont forget there is much more filers who are not on vj, so there might be much more approvvals a day! But I'm an April filer.  Definitely did not know of the extreme wait time or would have filed sooner.  For some reason I was told it was a 2-3 months process.  I guess that was wayyy back.  It is the worst waitingg!       I'm an Jan 29 Filer!! CSC is moving way faster than VSC they are already on Januaryy !! I just cant stand the waiting anymore. My lawyer said it would take up to 5 - 7 months max!! .. so im praying!!.. I called a few days ago and they told me VSC is behind 30 days...and that i should expect my NOA2 in June...which sucks!!!  I guess nothing is certain with immigration, but i did notice that California seems to be faster. I just hope all this waiting is over...ugh! good luck to you!   I'm hoping yours will be anytime soon because it shows on igors list that there is so many November approvals this week at VSC!! So good luckk and thanks:) i know....it's so depressing!! USCIS Service Centers	WHY IS VSC STARTING TO SLOW DOWN?!	expedite the processing of I129F petitions to meet current government processing goals of 5 months help by signing the the petition https://petitions.wh...months/rp6yP4Jw The more that sign it maybe they will make the service center do some work and meet there 5 months. OMG I just got a email saying " On June 21, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice.
