Are you sure because it says " a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it". I am little confused. (no hard copy recieved so don't know where it was transfered)   PD May 28, 2013 Now my status says POST DECISION ACTIVITY   Post Decision Activity On December 19, 2013, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	july filter today my case was transfer to my local ofice	recived a letter today said.THIS IS TO ADVISE YOU THAT IN ORDERTO SPEED UP PROCESSING WE HAVE TRANSFERRED THE ABOVE CASE TO THE FOLLOWING USCIS OFFICE FOR PROCESSING  CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER.   CSC is faster than other service centers. So I have lived in the same city (karachi) my entire life but I have moved to different areas within the city. My present address is my husband's place in Karachi. I got my police certificate from the area police station. Now I am confused if I have to get another police certificate from my prior area police station where I was living before marriage. Thanks. "This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately." I know this is a good thing. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	IV Application Processing Fees: Not Available	Hello VJ members,   I have done the following so far   Feb 12: Got the NVC case number in mail. Feb 20: Filed the DS-261 form online Feb 20: Paid the AOS fess Mar 1: Sent the AOS package    It is almost 20 days (from Feb 12) and stil the IV application page says it's locked. How long does it take to open up the IV payment link? Any idea?  Thanks.   Screen Shot 2014-03-07 at 10.08.39 PM.png   They took 20 business days to accept our DS-261. There was a backlog at NVC. They are trying to get it through. Your fees should be invoiced in a week or two hopefully. However, you can always call NVC and ask them if they have accepted your DS-261. Good Luck! Our petition took exactly six months, How long does it take to get a notice from NVC, after the NOA2 is received? Seems they couldn't find our file, in fact, they didn't know what to tell us again, till they issued us a number saying they gonna start to work on our file again, gosh, after 9weeks? Scheduled Application Outage on Feb 5 and 6. There will be a scheduled application outage starting on Saturday, Feb. 5, 8 a.m. EST until 9 a.m. EST Sunday, Feb 6. (Islamabad embassy).   I would like to go if it could be of any help at all, otherwise I would prefer to go after wife has got her visa and come back with her.   Congrats on the case complete!
