US Citizenship General Discussionus citizenship based on 3 yera marriage

hi guguis.
At this point - there isn't much to worry about. As long as you passed and got approved for ROC, then the toughest is behind you now.
Here are answers to your questions.
1. As long as the tax returns show married filing jointly/separately - then that's all they care about. They want to see proof that you are still married to the same USC and still living together... other than that how much you earned and how much your wife earned is information of no use to them.
2. Submitting your daughter's b-cert will only solidify your marriage and your petition to become a citizen.

Please read this guide which will explain to you all the things you need to know, in addition, it will provide you with a guide and a list of items to submit when applying for naturalization - an extremely helpful guide.
http://www.uscis.gov...ticle/M-476.pdf

hope this helps

thank you v333k you every step is different and we always get concern about all this, hopefully this is the end of the journey finally

Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussionevidence to remove conditions
QUOTE (cherr1980 @ Oct 15 2008, 12:16 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
I am totally agree that in these days many and actually that is a good financial move to mantain certain finance factors separated (like people still should have their own bank account/savings/credit card etc) still for USCIS is not that simple. Just wonder why you don't have at least one account in both names .e.g checking account, insurance perhaps?...unless there is the issue that one of you had very bad credit. Do you have insurance? at least I guess you have include your wife in it, right? Life insurance? you have a kid...have you include your wife and kid as beneficiaries?

The birth certificate of your child is pretty good to have but you need show other type of evidence, where you live before are both of you were in the same lease, what about now? Cell phones?

Good luck.

I have yet to see a denial of I-751 in the 2.5 years of posts I have seen on VJ.

If evidence is light, they MAY interview you.

THANK YOU YUANDDAN IM REALLY RELIEF ABOUT YOU SAYING THAT YOU HAVENT SEEN ANY DENIALS

thank you for your response i agree i have some old papers from insurance and i will include this in the package, when i bought the house we used to live i didnt change the name i was dumb i guess but i hope i will gather enough evidence for this to be approved. also another question do they ask for any pay stubs and stuff like that??????
