Hi everyone! i just woke up and read my fiance's IMs. He said he called VSC today while at his work, gave him an info that they're processing May 18 petitions and that we'll hear something about ours very soon. His guess was right. Wilson just became active reading the VJ forum lately cuz he's very busy. This was what my fiance has told me yesterday. By looking at the VJ timelines, he compared NOA1 chart from NOA2 chart, and then told me that he saw a pattern. What? what pattern? LOL i was like uhhh...so? I didn't know what he's talking about. He felt that the NOA1s were causing delays in processing NOA2s. He felt they wanted to free themselves up from NOA1s first before giving away NOA2s. So i gave him the number of filers each month from april to september to confirm his guess and found a pattern too making him more confident with his guess. I agreed him too. From april to may there was bulk of petitions filed at VSC, then slowly dropped in june and july, climbed up again in august, and guess what? it has a big decrease in september. He said that all May filers will be surprised to get their approvals very soon. I guess reading stock charts does really help A LOT. I was very happy and excited today but it's not gonna be fair if those late may filers like us will get approved while some of those early may filers' cases are still pending. But don't you worry, I had you all in my prayers the other night especially Mirla who has been waiting for so long. Cheers to everyone! Never lose hope! I angelically said good afternoon and explained that I was calling about the status of my case, because I spoke with someone yesterday and she explained that I should call before 5pm to speak with a representative from the Vermont Service Center (Lying was coming so easily.... , I had to do it to ease my nerves, a girl gotta do what a girl gotta do....) I went on to explain to her that the representative told me that she was not able to answer all my questions about my case, especially since I tried to check my status over the phone and it told me to I had to send in more information.... She sounded shocked and said..."Oh! Really!....let me look into that. Man, I knew that I was going to get the good news that I called for....yes She had me on hold for about three minutes, and came back to tell me that a letter has not been generated, and that I should be hearing something about my case very soon. Yes, I thought....... I quickly placed a mild disappointed tone in my voice and said, "Really...the lawyer that I consulted with told me that the process would take 6-9weeks. She said, "yes, but they are taking a bit longer, but you should receive something within....I say...the next thirty days. Regardless if you use a lawyer or not, the application process takes the same amount of time. I thanked her and hung up...... If feels good to know that this part of the process will be coming to an end soon. I called my baby afterwards to share the good news..... Vermont will be issuing a flood of NOA2's soon....guys, hand in there....our time to celebrate is around the corner! hey, i know VSC may filers will get approved soon. although it looks like we're being left behind by the other centers, i could really feel in my heart it's coming very very soon!!!! OKAY --> so let us channel good energy (inhale exhale) -- give them speedy hands to process our cases quickly. Congrats to everyone with recent approvals, it gives hope to the rest of us. The person I spoke to was nice, but offered no information, as usual. She says we haven't been assigned yet. I started crying on the phone. It was bad . She was sympathetic, but kept repeating they were processing cases from six months ago and I should hear something within 60 days. They must be forced to say that. I won't call anymore, it doesn't help. I hope next week brings more approvals for the rest of us here. I know there is an end to this, but I just hope it comes soon!!!
