And I don't think we would ever appreciate it this way if everything had not been like they were. this long process is ok... at least we know that there's still sunshine behind the dark clouds. it's normal to feel sad, but , never give up. we will all get there. That was deep Shai!!! The next time I'll see Pat will be for my interview...I think he's vacation at the firehouse start on november but he has a second job and I don't know how easy will be for him to come visit me, especially knowing that if he comes to Peru he has to come again for the interview and tickets are not cheap...that would be over 2000 for two tickets.... Plus expenses here.....I don't know.... OMG! same problem here but ours would be a lot more expensive $$$$ and he cant have any vacation until january!!!!! GOOOOOOOOOO VCS.............GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Hi everyone! i just woke up and read my fiance's IMs. He said he called VSC today while at his work, gave him an info that they're processing May 18 petitions and that we'll hear something about ours very soon. His guess was right. Wilson just became active reading the VJ forum lately cuz he's very busy. This was what my fiance has told me yesterday. By looking at the VJ timelines, he compared NOA1 chart from NOA2 chart, and then told me that he saw a pattern. What? what pattern? LOL i was like uhhh...so? I didn't know what he's talking about. He felt that the NOA1s were causing delays in processing NOA2s. He felt they wanted to free themselves up from NOA1s first before giving away NOA2s. So i gave him the number of filers each month from april to september to confirm his guess and found a pattern too making him more confident with his guess. I agreed him too. From april to may there was bulk of petitions filed at VSC, then slowly dropped in june and july, climbed up again in august, and guess what? it has a big decrease in september. He said that all May filers will be surprised to get their approvals very soon. I guess reading stock charts does really help A LOT. I was very happy and excited today but it's not gonna be fair if those late may filers like us will get approved while some of those early may filers' cases are still pending. But don't you worry, I had you all in my prayers the other night especially Mirla who has been waiting for so long. Cheers to everyone! Never lose hope! Yesterday Sept.4, my fiance called VSC using the RFE trick i told him in the morning while at his work. He was so nervous of what the person would tell him. lol The person only told him that we don't have an RFE and that it's still pending. I think the person just read it online. My fiance called the VSC again in the afternoon and this time, he got to talk to a real nice lady. The lady said they have our file and that it's in the right place. My fiance said the lady was concerned. She said their processing time is 6 months from the receipt date, but she said to expect ours in less than 30 days. She also said they dont have someone assigned right now but she said it'll be done before 30 days. We're expecting it by mid-September... weeeeeeeeeeeee please please pray for everyone...muuaaaaaahhhhh I really, really hope all May filers will get approved soon... Never did use chat transcripts, chat logs, or e-mails in any part of our visa journey. They can be used if you wish, but they aren't needed. If you submitted your I-129F to USCIS, they are the one who will forward your papers to NVC then to Manila Embassy. I guess the US consulate in Davao have nothing to do with the visa approval.
