Philippines	Middle names	Dont worry,USCIS will change it for u.When i filled out my I-485 application,I also wrote my maiden last name as my middle name and acquired my husband's last name.But when i got my NOA1,NOA2 i noticed that they put my maiden middle name as my middle name so i called the USCIS thinking that they might correct it but i was told that my mother's last name should be my middle name. Philippines	St. lukes med exam denied :(	I know how you feel,me and my fiance been through with it.There's nothing you can do but wait and pray that she'll finish the 2mos waiting time.slec will be the one who'll re-schedule her interview.there's no additional cost for that tests.she'll be asked to undergo the tests for 3 consecutive days between 6am-8:30am and will be asked to be back on the 4th day for the smear result.usually the smear results are negative but she still has to wait for 2mos.it's really devastating but there's nothing u can do about it but be more supportive to your fiancee coz i know how bad she feels about this. I hope she wont get a call from slec within the 2mos waiting time,because it means that she need to take medications for 6mos and once its done she'll need to have another medical exam and will pay for it again. hang in there. she'll be in my prayers.good luck! Before I got here,i used to dream of playing on the snow.and i experienced it when we lived in Idaho,after that,i told my husband i dont want it no more since it's too cold,and though we had a heater,we cant use it that much since his son in law whom we used to live,was like a polar bear,he loved sleeping with the AC on the whole day .We're now in Abq,New Mexico and i love the weather here,there's still snow but it doesnt last for long.and because we live in an apartment where all utilities are paid,I could turn on the heater whenever i get cold without worrying about the electric bill Edited by ManilaIdaho, 04 January 2010 - 08:31 PM. Anyway, i was gonna go to a local civil surgeon to see if i can get a vaccination supplement or I-693A. I dont need to have another medical as i already had it done in the philippines. But i talked with lorraine and she found a civil surgeon in Austin that wont rip people off and wont ask you to redo the medical exam. I havent heard from her since but i communicate with her thru friendster every now and then. So im kinda waiting for updates on that. For now im gathering my stuff for the AOS.
