K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Insanity continues...	Dude, you are getting a 2nd RFE, this can actually expedite your case. Take it from me (look into my timeline), you get the RFE, turn it around quickly and Whammo, approval. When you send the RFE evidence back, send it USPS express. On the front and back of the USPS provided document Envelope, write the following: ATTN:RFE in red marker. This is the information on the RFE envelope supplied by CSC. It will then move through CSC like a madman!!! 2 days after CSC acknowledged my RFE, approved. Try it. Plan for success!!! Good luck Mate!!! I am watching my fiance's visa like a hawk. I am having nothing but trouble getting her here. Any words of advice or encouragement would be helpful. I contacted a Visa Attorney in January. Papers sent February. Never received an NOA1 because he never sent it. Received a RFE in July. Now I am being sent another RFE (August 14th) and I am waiting to see what the attorney forgot. I sent mine back express and also wrote on the envelope RFE and our NOA-1 number. i did this yesterday ,and today I confermed CSC received it already this afternoon. William33 is right, so good luck to you. I have contacted all my senators and congressmen and they have sent it an Expedite for processing. The congressmen have not received a reply. He and his staff had no idea how bad USCIS had become, and too are powerless. I have been to my local office, and I am considering going to CSC and personally flying the information to VSC. This is getting beyond ridiculous when others are getting approved in 50 days. If I would have reapplied in May she would be here now. By the way... she is due in January. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Writing a Wavier	My request for a waiver had nothing to do with IMBRA , it was a totally different matter, but you could include something along the lines of : Dear Sir/Madam, I 'am writing this letter on behalf of myself and have submitted evidence and documents as proof of_____________. I respectfully request a waiver, if needed, regarding our case. Could you please send me a form or direct me to where I can obtain one, otherwise consider this letter my formal request for a waiver of this particular condition.
