Lauren, I realize you are anxious about your case being processed in a timely fashion, however going by your timeline, you basically just filed. Yes, CSC is slower than VSC , but you should only contact a congressperson or senator when months have lapsed and then only as a last resort should problems arise with your petition. All of these February filers getting approved, and CSC still hasn't approved all its November filers! You can also take the same kinds of evidence you sent for the original package, but this time, phone records or a few emails are good too. I think it comes down to either being blessed or cursed. Vermont is speedy where as California is slow. Vermont may not be overly particular, where as California is nitpicky as all getup. And we both know, that he can't support me in germany as good as he can support me in the states! We have family plans and if he would come to germany, the whole plan would be destroyed That would probably mean just 1 kid instdead of 3!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! We not going to ruin our plans, just because of that....we are stronger than that, even though it is damn hard to be strong like that all the time, when you just receive slaps in the face! We couldn't have submitted it if we had wanted to because we only had one copy of the original which we had to submit when my fiancee was simultaneously applying for her passport. It would have set us back about 10 weeks plus about $50 in global express mail fees if we had insisted on submitted the document that was not required. Whew! you were indeed Blessed ! Should you choose to do so, make sure you have both the beneficiarys original COPY accompanied with proper translated COPY. Why do they issue RFE's if it is not a requirement? Cos they can. I had just emailed my Fiancee' and was very angry and hurt. I do not wish anyone a bad marriage, ever. For everyone that said i already had my mind made up, you will be glad to know that today i emailed my Fiancee' and told her the relationship had ended. For the selfish ones who were angry because we were ahead of you for a K-1 Visa, I HOPE YOUR MARRIAGE GOES TO HELL!!! And for the few who tried to make a "dirty" post out of a plea for help, YOU CAN KISS MY A__!!!! For the rest of you who offered sympathy and good advice, I THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! Needless to say, i met some very nice people on this site and some real JERKS!!! Although I never commented on your thread or offered any advice, I did read through it from day one . It made me feel sad. And now, after reading your update, I feel very sad. That is not nice in the least to tell members on here to kiss your hind end and worse, wishing other members marriages to go to heck, and calling them names . Now that looks like it does not matter what you send, how much you send, etc., the fact is USCIS probably does not read through our petitons. When I got my letter of denial last year, it was stated in their letter my fiance was from ' Russia ' . How the heck did they come up with that?
