K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	CSC is Frustrating	Hi Jack and Jewiel, I'm the beneficiary and I'm from the Phils too. In fact, the place where I live is just an hour away from where you live. Let's start keeping each other posted about our cases. Me might get approved at the same time. It would be nice to have a companion on the medical exam at St Luke's and the interview once we get our NOA2. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	CSC is Frustrating	We received our NOA1 2nd August of 2012 and until now we don't get any news about it. My fiance calls them everyday but they can't provide any information about our case. It's really frustrating knowing that we are about to reach our 8th month in this waiting room! It feels so sad being away with the love of my life and this office is making things worst by not providing any specific detail about our petition. I am hoping against hope that things will be better and that somehow receive good news soon. Are there some applicants out there specially August filers under CSC who have already gotten their NOA2? I checked Igor's list all the time but I don't see a lot. It seems that hearing some good news and other approvals will make me feel better. I just want to know if they are still working or what. I was just wondering, my twin sister was intrviewed Oct.14, kinabukasan may txt na cya from Delbros, we have the same petitioner naman, tinanong ko nga sa Window x, she told me that we have different case. You know Grace, my sis jsut called up told me that the result of her kids tb test is positive, again they have to have an xray worth $45 each. Gosh, that's too expensive. Their test at St. Lukes is useless because in their school its a requirement before they accept a student. How many people ung naloloko nila everyday who wants to know status of their application? nakakaloka talaga. hi, i called call center twice after knowing and confirmed that my dv arrived in embassy, thats when they start not giving us Filipinas infos calling the 301 number, calling call center is just waste of time, and waste of money, my twice attemp goes to nothing, b4 they give me info about my case, they ask me a lot of question, like , name, address, when we filed, when my interview, etc etc etc, it took a lot of time before they can give me useless info, after answering all those question, the only answer i get from them is your case is still pending, the processing time will took, 2 to 3 months, try to call us again for any updates, and again they will tell you, thank you for calling this ******** number, etc etc, my second attemp was after 2 weeks since my dv arrive in embassy, and still same message i get from them, i was so upset, i ask the lady, if my dv arrive, and she said, Not yet, so i tell her why is your system is not update? I told her my Fiancee called a week ago, and Grace confirmed it was already there, and all she said is again is Thank you for calling etc etc, and hang the phone, after that call i never try to call that number again, Yes its very sad how it works, i feel sorry for myself after trying to get info, i feel like im crying, not for the money or time i wasted but the way they treat us, Hi! Calling Grace and Lorraine doesn't make any sense becoz ithere was one time i talked to Grace early 8am and she's insisting me to call at their call center then she asked me my case# and not completely satisfied w/ her. What i'm doing is to follow up my visa personally TWICE A WEEK at window X. Right there, they asks your case# and probably there's a remarks below the screen. Last Nov.3, she told me that my DV was there Oct.28 (i think that's good news), I came back Nov.5 and another thin lady told me that my case is for approval na daw kse wala na daw akong pending. Nov. 11 Monday, went to Window X again, it's so frustrating becoz it's still under review. Today Nov.13, still under review. I told her my Fiancee called a week ago, and Grace confirmed it was already there, and all she said is again is Thank you for calling etc etc, and hang the phone, after that call i never try to call that number again, Yes its very sad how it works, i feel sorry for myself after trying to get info, i feel like im crying, not for the money or time i wasted but the way they treat us, Hi! Philippines	WOW- Case completed-but	wow NVC just completed our case, but now they tell me nooooooooo........interviews until aug., cant even find out until mid july. ohhhhhh well i guess going throu USCIS in 98 days wasnt as fast as i throught!!!! but happy we made it this far so far, such a long wait huh!!! Philippines	NVC Case Completed	Thank God that our (me and my daughter) NVC case have been completed. But apparently we will know the date of the interview after 8 weeks OMG!!! Is it true? According to the NVC Customer Rep there were no schedule this July and their cut off is every 2nd week of the month. Sadness....waiting game again, but I am fine since i know that God has a plan for all the delays that we have. Apart from that, I still want to be with my mom and im still enjoying my job. Philippines	Interview Date	My wife and step child were finally issued interview dates on August 4th. This has been a difficult journey; RFE with the stepchilds birth certificate, waiting on the passports, then the NVC generated a AOS bill for the stepchild which should have never been and this took forever for them to resolve. So if no issues with the Medical and interview, they should be here with me maybe end of August. Tony Hi Tony, that is good to hear. Me and my daughter also scheduled for interview on Aug 5, 2011. Philippines	Medical Exam Schedule	only applicant are allowed to enter the St. Lukes extension clinic...you could bring your nanny but there is a 50/50 percent that she will not be allowed to enter =) yay, i maybe also confirm with them as my daughter is only 2 yrs old eh. ouch it will be hard for me tsk tsk tsk tsk i hope they will as i need to finish both of us the same time, cannot compromise my job...lots of projet coming in uggghhhh.
