Middle East and North Africa	past relationships?	We have had this conversation and have had it several times. Yes, I know that it hurt him to know my past, and I hated that. Now anytime something is brought up from my past I get very defensive. I think that makes it worse, but I just can't help it. He says that nothing will change how he feels about me or our future, but I don't like to talk about it with him. I do understand completely how you feel about this. Middle East and North Africa	NVC question	Hi everyone. I just received our letter from NVC saying that they have our petition and it will be sent to Casablanca. My question is, when I call the automated phone number it says that it has not been received. I have tried the case number from USCIS and the new number from NVC. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm not real concerned about it, but would like to fix it if there is something wrong. I'm calling 603-334-0700. Is this the correct phone number? Middle East and North Africa	Interview May 7th	Thank you everyone for the prayers and well wishes. My SO has called me and everything went very well. He saw the interviewer around 10:45 and he said that she was very nice and friendly. She felt more like a friend than an interviewer. He asked what he should tell me after and she told him to leave his passport there so he doesn't have to make 2 more trips to Casa. She said that they will call in 1-2 weeks. He said that he got the impression that she wanted to give him the visa today, but she said that they have a lot of work right now. If he doesn't hear from them in 1 week he should know it is from that. She did tell him that it will be 2 weeks if he doesn't hear anything in 1 week. We are very excited with this outcome. She didn't ask a lot of questions, but what she did ask was "What are my kids' names", "What are their ages", "Will he be a good father to them", and "If he really loves me". Middle East and North Africa	Visa Status question	My fiance had his interview on May 7th and the interviewer told him that they'd call in 1-2 weeks. I know they say this a lot, but she assured him of this. I decided to call the DOS this morning to check the status of his visa. She told me that our case is at the Embassy and I can call them. Has anyone else had this experience or know what this means? I'm thinking that he is done with AP and we're just waiting on Casa, but I'm not sure. Middle East and North Africa	First day Home Alone!!!!	So today was his First day home Alone for my husband.. I decided to drive home for lunch.. After I got home I noticed this look on his face.. lol.. And apparently the fire alarm kept on going off ( found there is a electrial problem going on.. triggering the alarm to go off)... he didnt know what was happening... 4 hours it was going off.. stopping and starting... then the landlord came and asked if he was cooking.. he said No i am doing laundry..... lol.. he did 4 loads of laundry in the TUB!!! He said he could not figure out how to use the washing machine... which i DID show him step by step AND i only gave him a small pile to do.. but whatever there was piles of wet clothes in the sink.. floor and in the tub! he seems to be doing ok though.. eatting banana's and nutella all day loved ur letter...my husband had his interview on 5-23-2007 and we still do not know if he got approved or not..we married in cairo 8-8-2005..i miss him terrible...can u tell me how fast ur husband got his approval after his interview?...i'd appreiciate it...cheryl	sun_flower4712000	Female	Egypt	2007-07-16 14:20:00
