Mexico, Latin & South America	Yardies a home and a farrin (Part 21)	So in Houston, I guess over the weekend, this man was at home when his alarm went off. He grabbed the gun he bought (after getting burglarized a few weeks ago), and shot this guy who was stealing his tv. Turns out it was a teenager, and he died from the shot. Also, there's no proof, but based on the same method, the man things this may be the same person who burglarized him before. Some people are saying that it is not worth taking someone's life over a television. Others are saying that if you do a crime, you need to be willing to accept the potential consequences. After watching so many episodes of Forensic Files & Cops, I'm feeling the latter. Criminals disgust me. Well who’s to say the man knew it was a teenager. Some of these kids look like grown men and woman. It’s also hard to say something to the person because who knows if they might pull out a gun on you first. Like they say self defense you were in my home taking my things. That is like up hear to men robbed a small credit union and shot the teller in the stomach. Come on since when did robbers shoot the bank employees. Here the woman is just trying to make a decent living the honest way and she almost loses her life because you want to steal 5,000 dollars. I did the license, SSN, most bank accounts, most credit cards, car insurance, health/dental insurance, electricity. Still need to finish a bank account/credit card (Discover wants you to fax them your marriage license), several online investment accounts, and various membership cards (grocery stores, drug store). TGIF, but I woke up to SNOW this am It's been a harder than normal adjustment back - One of my co-workers (we also worked together at a previous job, so we have been friends for over 10 years) has cancer and has been battling for a long time now - While I was away, she started a new type of chemo. Apparently, it didn't go well, and she has been very sick since - Her lungs are filling with fluid, and she has had to have them drained (2 liters of fluid at a time, she weighs all of 90 lbs). I spoke with her yesterday, and she said she doesn't think she is coming back to work again - and that she is stopping chemo. My heart is breaking - no matter what, it's like she can't catch a break - Within a 6 month window, she lost her mom, her ex-husband, and was diagnosed - now she is dealing with the stress of being ill and a single parent - she's from France so she has no other family here. Please say prayers for her - Aww my heart breaks while reading this... I truly feel for her and I pray she makes it through. I tell you this C is no joke. I pray they find a cure for it soon!!! It just means I have to stay until 6:25pm. Did they go to Brazil for the Carnival?? By the way I'm home!!! They closed schools due to the weather so I figured I mines well keep an eye on the kids..LOL I am gonna claim my Husband this year, although I was married in 2008 I called the IRS and was told to file head of household married but could not claim him since he did not reside in my household for 6 mos or greater. So this year I can't wait to claim him $$$$$ I need to change my name tomorrow @ SSN I dread this because its so much involved in changing of the last name, but Hubby is not happy bout me not taking care of it so that's on my priority list! She's been trying to gain weight for months now... and now we all know why. I don't understand how she can have a problem doing that. I can gain weight easily without trying. I hear you Nat because if I just look at food “ Poof” I gained a pound or two or three…. Hi everyone, I've been watching all day, though not posting. I CAN'T keep up with this thread, as soon as I bookmark a page in my phone and log in 10 minutes later, atleats 2 more pages are added, Gosh you guys are fast, I'm so used to posting once or twice a day in my other forum. I feel slow trying to keep up with this one! You’ll get the hang of it but admit it. Our page is more interesting then there’s isn’t it?? LOL Aww that's okay! We glad to have ya! Girl these Yardies can talk...not me that much though.... Den… tell me did something fall pon yuh head after saying this?? Mas nunca voltei pro brazil ...Ou seja estou aqui desde 2003. O meu passaporte brazileiro expirou faz um ano...Como se faz pra renovar estando aqui nos EUA? Minha conhecida, disse que da pra fazer via correio aqui na embaixada brasileira nos EUA..acho que eh New york ne? Mas eh tao confuso...isso, pq tipo meu passport esta no nome de solteira..Eu so casei nos EUA, nao casei no Brasil... Bom, acho que eh o caso de muita gente que acaba casando so no cartorio dos EUA... Entao qdo a embaixada renova o passporte, noo caso eles renovam o passaporte com nome de solteira mesmo? Correto? Just yesterday I went home and had everything out to make dinner. I ended up having second thoughts so I put the stuff away and made my kids grilled cheeses instead. I normally try to cook Sun-Thurs but yesterday I just wasn’t in the mood. My house is a mess and I so need to do a load of laundry or 2 or 3 or 10 or 12 but I tell myself I can do it on the weekend. The weekend comes and by the time I’m done running around with the kids and their extra curricular activities or I try to take some time out for myself well hell its Sunday night time to get ready for bed. There is just not enough time in the day. Reason 405 why I loved going to Jamaica.
