They don't care where U got business ...just pay your taxes...if business is new after filing
no need to hide that, you will declare that next tax time don't give yourself problems you
don't have by lying & creating problems... they are happy that you work hard & not trying
to get on the system

So to show that I'm paying taxes for this business...I'll show the record of each month that I payed state tax...do I need to show my employee paper work also?thk

for all of the things you are doing.

and all the paper work from the business is on the adress from IL...should I switch that to Fl adress?Or should I just leave it like that since my employee lives on that adress and all my info i get it online?

A good rule of thumb to live by is...don't lie to USCIS. Nothing good can ever come from it.

What kind of questions are you expecting about your business? As long as you're paying taxes I can't imagine them caring much.

like why is the business so far and im resident in a diff state(being married)?

You did tell them you were married on the N-400 didn't you?

At your interview they will ask if everything on the N-400 is correct, that is when you need to tell them about your business.

yes,I did mention that...

just recent job...I was thinking not to mention ab it,avoiding all the questions...I also have an online store on ebay...so I just want to mention ab this one.

Why not? It asks you to list your employment.

I still don't understand what state your business is in has to do with anything. It's your business, no matter where it's located. Even if it were in another country it would still be your business and you would be earning an income and paying taxes on it.

I made some mistakes on the application regarding my employment history...I will try to fix it at the interview...

Being married in a diff state,I was thinking not to mention ab it...so my marriage will not look bad!

If they ask you about it you're going to have to tell them the truth because it's on your N-400 under the employment section.

And what does what state it's in have to do with anything?

Im married,and the business its far away from the state I live...So I didnt mention ab it...

I had my biometric appt 2weeks ago...I just got a letter saying That Ill need to retake my fingerprints...I'll try to take it in a different location this time,since I'm not in the state where I live...

Tax transcrispts with a wrong adress

My 2011 tax transcripts have a wrong adress ...it's the adress from the office I work for in 2012...
I guess my employer filled for me,and without knowing my husband filled again,because few months ago IRS said I didn't fille for 2011...it was an issue,I tried to fix it,but they said they can't change the adress from the transcript ...so for that year I'll have with me this transcripts (with the wrong adress )and the 1040that my husband fille for me with the right adress ...
I hope I'll not have any issue because of this mess...or what else should I do?

It's been 6weeks so far since I got my fingerprints taken...I didn't got any answer so far... I am just wondering if its normal,since I have some friends that got an answer pretty quick(the interview letter).
Should I call them or just give it more time?

I send my file for naturalization in April,in Jacksonville ,Fl...I didn't got my interview letter yet,but me and my husband are planning to move to Chicago,Il next month...
I'm just wondering if this changing of the adress is gonna delay my process,and if someone can give me any tips ab the interview in Chicago .

I have my citizenship approval on hold because at the interview they saw my a green card was issued for 10 years but I never had to file to remove a conditional status . I never knew I had to remove a conditional status since they send me a 10 year card. I had my first interview in 2006 and my passport stamp said CR status pending. We waited and a year went by and I got no answer, the attorney send an inquiry and 7 month later they send me a letter saying it was approved and the green card was in there. It was for 10 years so I assumed they granted me the full status, not the conditional one since it was passed the 2 year marriage aniversary by 1 year and a half. Never assumed it was wrong but now at the citizenship interview they seem to think something is not right. The card was first time in my possession in 2008. It says on it I am a resident since February 2007 but only my got it in January 2008. Did they make a mistake by giving me a 10 years GC and now I am in a terrible situation because I never filed to remove any conditional status since I didn't think I had to as I was convinced I wasn't suppose to due to the 10 year card expiration? Never received anything else from them requiring me to file anything from the moment I got the card. Please advice if you had a similar situation.
