First of all, God bless Ron for his email post, I called Denice Mitchell yesterday, emailed her our info and timeline and wonder above all wonders woke up to approvals on both our I-130 and I-129F. Thank all of you for your encouragement and support we are now one step closer to going home(USA). Congrats to each and everyone of you who received your approvals and to those who have not, hang in there, they are just around the corner. Soon we will all be taking our next steps and supporting each other through those. I am feeling totally BLESSED at this moment.

Well its time to hit the raod gang. I done my good duty and now everybody is helping each other. No matter where your stars are in the sky, never give up hope and freedom we all fought for many years.

I'm on my way to NVC and with an expedite with a March 3 interview date in Kyiv already assigned to me. they burned my exopedite in 12 days full blown rush. Hope you all get the same that filed also.
My attorney took care of the details with the $404 & $88 so thats all
done. It nice to have him dealing with Denice directly . . .

Hi everyone.....

I just wanted to thank you all for the good wishes. I am totally exhausted at the moment but I do want to reiterate what Gary said. I spent SO much time on the phone with the USCIS, got SO much conflicting information, some gave us hope, some made me cry in misery. Don't anyone get discouraged with negative words from anyone at the USCIS call center. Approvals ARE happening and soon we will all be out of this mess. Gary does a lot of the posting on here but I DO read everything and I will not feel good until everyone of you get your approvals. Believe me, I know how FRUSTRATING it is, absolute nightmare. I've spent more time crying in the past 3 months then I have in my entire life but we will all get through!

LIttle side note....I just called my senators office and spoke to the girl working on our case and told her the fantastic news, she is going to guide Gary and I through NVC and consulate. She said she is there for us the entire way! PLEASE call your senators and congressmen because I think they do help, Gary and I will not ever know exactly how much they have helped but I believe ....well, it sure can't hurt! I believe Gary's relentless E-mailing made all the difference.

NOW...on to NVC and Consulate......GOD HELP!!! WE ARE READY for battle!!! LOL

I think Texas Service Center are doing their best. I don't think they asked to have 36,000 petitions dumped on them from California. I have every faith in the fact they will resolve this situation in an efficient, timely manner.

I'm sure if they read this forum at work or at home, they share the same frustrations as us, and understand how we feel.

I believe in Officer Garza, and I know they are working their very hardest to help us through these difficult times.

They have the solution of our problem in their hands..they can stop this torture we've been through at any time...it's their decision and it's our lifes they are playing with. I hope that this will never happen to them, suffering from being separated from their loved ones.

Visa K3 (no Direct Consular Filing in France)!

Hello everyone,

I'm currently leaving in France with my Girl friend and we are planning to go to the US in 1/1,5 year.
My Girl friend: French-American citizen (both nationality) living in France since 4 years
Me: French working in a consulting firm (IT field)
Us: We are planning to go to the US and are looking for the best/easiest way. We are living together (in the same appartement in France) since 3 years and are together since almost 5 years.
After all the information I saw on the different forums, it seams that the best way for us is to get married in France and 10 month before we want go to the US ask for a K-3/CR-1 visa.
Is there any one who where in our situation ? and who can confort me or advice me ?

My fiancée and I are getting married soon in France (within 3 months) then we will apply for visa CR1 (ex k3). We both live in France and we want to move to the US next year.
To get married in France we will not have any problem ; she has a French passport so we will get all the document in French (certificat of birth).
My question is : will we have any problem when we will apply for a visa cr1 for me to go to the US ?

I wonder if TSC has been updating the case status when they send the case to NVC?

10 days after they approved my file I had a notification when they shipped it to NVC, it took 10 days . I'm waiting now for my daughter's notification.
I presume by Friday 18 we will have a case #

You have to wait for the AOS bill to appear as PAID so you can print out the document cover sheet, and only after that can you send it in.

I can add your daughter's case to the spreadsheet. Just give me the dates (NOA1, transfer to TSC, and then if applicable: any dates of transfer to USCIS office, post-decision activity, transfer to CSC).

Taylor let me ask you a question, so i can help you better, you dont or you do have your noa2 and your daughter you send the RFE? HOW LONG? uscis last 15 to 30 MAYBE MORE days to accept or denied the RFE.

First I had a RFE for mine then for my daughter's. We responded for both, I got approved, but they seem to completely disconnect the 2 petitions, even though we mentioned that in our correspondence to them. March 3 they sent us an email saying that the RFE was under review, they online status changed too, since then...NADA, RIEN, NOTHING. And today the "Rare Intelligence" I had on the phone told me I cannot have information on my own daughter's petition. You know what I'm positive sure that it is against the law to not give information to a parent of a minor child. But that's another question. All I get from this is that "THIS SUCKS" :angry:

Come on TSC! It doesn't take weeks to take a look at an RFE. It probably doesn't even take more than 10 minutes to approve a file after receiving an RFE response. Come on TSC! You're making my cholesterol go up! Approve those RFEs that were sent before mine!!!
