IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	California Service Center To Texas Service Center	Just received my invoice from NVC and paid it a trillionth of a millisecond later. So far so good at the NVC. My wife received an email from the NVC with the Choice of Agent (I was copied on it), then a few minutes later I received the invoice for the AOS (my wife was copied). Paid it online (need bank routing number and account number, no credit cards) and then had my wife email NVC her choice of agent. So far it seems that the NVC actually does something with the case once they get it unlike some people in the lone star state! -Michael Excellent!!!! Hopefully then you will be told they are processing applications with priority date of August 25th and you should give them another 30 days or so before calling back again. :-) Sometimes I wish I was rude, unpolite, then I would call tem and ask them : "####### you're doing?? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	California Service Center To Texas Service Center	Hi Guys, I called USCIS and the lady I spoke to told me that currently TSC is processing priority date August 16th and since my priority date is August 26th I should wait another 30 days and if I didn't get my NOA2 by then I should call back. On December 20 my Husband called and had almost the same answer : they were processing July 16, and our priority date was July 27, she told us to wait 1 week more...we had the RFE Jan 27. I think what Sarah was asking was if they were originally in the receipts column (rather than pending) on the November chart when it was first released on January 15 or whatever and have since been changed. I never saw the October chart... do you remember how many were pending then? If it was only a few hundred, I don't know how USCIS could have thought that TSC would have been able to handle such a transfer. Ridiculous. It was something like 40 pending, not more than that. Me and my hubby were happy to see that our file was tranferred to a place where they had nothing to do, we really believed we woud be approved end Nov. Actually, he was here in Paris for some days, and that night we had dinner at our favorite restaurant, we were on our way back home when we got the email. I'm curious to see what will come out for December... I'm hoping that they completed way more than 400 and that the November number was so low because they didn't really start working on them until the end of the month. I'm just trying to keep some faith that they've pulled/are pulling their act together. I assure you the 35600 were not there b4 Nov chart came out. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	California Service Center To Texas Service Center	Did the USCIS website used to have 36,000 receipts on the trend charts for Nov at TSC? Now it says pending 35,600 approved 400, 73 RFE. I'm not sure if it said that 36,000 were pending or received before, but now there are no receipts in 2010 for TSC on this chart. My point being that our cases weren't received in Nov but Jun, July, and August and we are way over the 5 month time frame. Not like this argument would make anyone care more than they already are. I want to see what bs they'll put up later this month. Somedays are great, somedays I cry, today is a pity party day for me. I'm praying for everyone here (all transfers actually) and Wade, I know that only good things will come for you and your family. I rembember last month and Nov chart it showed that the last time they had received i130 was before May. Since it was transferred on NOV 3rd she said case may or may not be assigned to a officer over 36000? applicants. However she will look into my case and see what is happening. I was also told by her if I contacted another Senator or office let them know that another office is looking into this matter because that might delay the investigation. That's BS BIG BS. Just sent another e-mail to Congressman's aide and CC'd my contact at local paper as well. Good morning Tony, Have you been able to find out what is going on with my wife's I-130 which was approved for expedite over 80 days ago? My wife had to take our son to the hospital again last evening due to breathing problems, his bronchitis is not improving. I am at a loss for words in regards to this whole fiasco, the health of my son is not getting any better and our approval for an expedite has been literally ignored by all. What's the real purpose of getting an expedite? To appease and give us a false sense of belief that it is actually being expedited. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	California Service Center To Texas Service Center	It is ALL random, that is how. 36000 cases were transferred, you may be at the top or the bottom of the pile...we have no choice but to wait and find out what side we are on. I know how you feel, but really try to be happy for the person...we are all in the same mess here. I'm convinced that there's is something we can do to at least avoid this mess to happen in the future. There were several mistakes commited by USCIS, they know it, they also know that we may be afraid of taking any action as it may cause more waiting (like dictators rule their countries = under fear) But we are talking about US government, the land of free, the land of intelligent people, where 36000 cases should never be put on hold due to a stupid decision and non accurate processing system (non sense answers, random approvals) I'm convinced that at TSC they are doing everything to keep us waiting without making noises by telling us whatever comes to their mind. Of course they read our threats, but there's nothing talking about serious actions which can put them in bad positions. Some of you have contacted your local media, but then, it's JUST some of you, YOUR OWN local media. Why shouldn't you pick a specific media and do a common action, all together? It's not updated on the spreadsheet, so I just wanted to let everyone know and also say congrats to Nab. I hope this means more good news is coming for everyone else! Have some pateinces WOULD YA WOOW.. If you dont they just going to look on here and make all you that are making waves just sit longer and make you suffer more i guess. It's up to you they started processing and give them some time to do it they cant do everybody in 1 or 10 days ..they started now given time to do it and stop complaining or you just might not get your wish to be approved and they put your file to the bottom of the stack and make you wait a few months longer Take it from me I'm the one who write the letter to Barbara and did the communication with USCIS to get this going. I'm passing on the best for you all to do. If you dont listen to me what im telling you dont be surprised if you find yourself not approved any time in the near future. We all had a tough time waiting dont make your waiting time longer by making it worse than what it is now. If you all dont want to listen than do what you want but dont tell me I didnt tell you so. its your choice listen or make your wait longer than it has been ! ! ! ! I don't make waves, I've been quite calm suffering on my own, nevertheIess I understand those that are reaching their limits. You are lucky, you're out of this extremely hard and unfair situation.
