K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Birth Certificate Requirement	Its evry simple if u dont hav ur mother name in ur bith certificate ur union concial officer can put ur mother name in applicants namw and thn he/she can also write down her name in mother box.and its 100% leagle. Marry visa take lot time thats y we decided for k1 visa.we hope this time I got visa or we will have to marry in my country then apply.we r confuse.and one thing more if we dont apply untill feb 2014 she will have to visit me again.as uscis said tht fiancee must b visted atleast in 2 year 1 time.
