The petitions go to NVC for further processing, sometimes they need more or different documents that were originally sent in. I wouldnt worry too much about it. It sounds like your husband is taking care of whatever they asked for in the RFE. An RFE from NVC does not automatically mean that the visa petition isnt approved or that it will be denied. Middle East and North Africa	some good news and need help ....	salam o alikoum i start feeling well since the first day of this month !! i know it a luck month (for me), (had degree on september , gave birth on september ...) after my son's case was approved on september 8th , my case was complete yesterday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YESSS i just called NVC now they said i will receive further constructions in 8 weeks ... what does that mean ? what are the further constructions ? thank you alll !!!!!!!!!!!!! please pray for us !! i cried when i heard that my cas is complete , we are finally done with this journey , now still just our son's case which wont take a lot of time i think	Siham	Female	Morocco	2009-09-12 10:02:00
