K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Fees and more Fees	this is some answers throught my experience in Casablanca ...... $140.00 - Mailing papers to Morocco using Gauranteed Global Express with USPS (my quote) $229 - Medical (I heard it was $130.00) [/color] Medical is 1700DHM if u r over 21 yrs old ( Vaccinations, Xray, Included ...) $146 - Interview (Never heard of that one....hummm) 130$ $73 - X-ray (I heard was included in the $130.00 medical) Xray is only 40Dhm $60 - Vaccinations (I heard that was also included in the $130.00 medical) $960 - Plain Ticket (I wonder who got that lucky to get such a cheap price!) it depent in what time $1010.00 for Adjustment of Status to be paind before his visa expires on 90 days Yes $??? - Police records 30Dh $??? - Paper showing singlehood (We'll have to do this...) 20Dhm [color="#0000FF"]Court Record : no fee Pics, Birthcert Transportation LOL Translation : over 500 Dhm and some other stuff too , Evidence , Pics and and and and Just trying to get an idea whats coming up.... and Im sure others are wondering too. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Name Changing	I think it's a better idea NOT to interrupt the process by changing her or your name unless it's very important and necessary as that may just delay your process timeline. Changing names and other critical information may require re-filling out all documents (that your name or hers affect)and submitting them again. Mostly, they prefer such evidences that build mutual relationship between the petitioner and the beneficiary like: 1- Pictures taken together on different occasions. 2- Videos showing joint relationship (home made vids, parties, weddings, fiancee party..etc) 3- Phone Calls (if any) 4- Chat History ( messaging, emails..etc) 5- Shopping Receipts ( jewelry, clothes..etc) 6- Money Transfers. 7- Joint Residency. 8- Flights, Hotel stays..etc 9- Rent Receipts (if any) 10- A Cover Letter explaining the chronicles of the relationship. How it started, developed and went on. (Preferable) Generally, the more evidences you provide , the stronger your petition is. But more or less, there's not a limited ceiling for the number of the items you have to provide with. So, no worry. I see you are doing great. You need to receive your NOA1 first. If you did, then you need to use the "RECEIPT NUMBER" that is printed near the top. Since you filed with CSC, it should start with WAC and have 10 numbers following. When entering your number on the USCIS website, do not include the hyphons (-). Ensure you enter 10 numbers after the three letters (WAC). Well to start with , we've known each other for like 5 years , our romantic experience only started this year. Me and my fiancée are both still studying , no employment , still living in our parent's house , and we really need each other as soon as possible . so my questions are the following : 1- since my fiancée does not have an employment , can her mother file an affidavit of support on her behalf ??? our parents are willing to help us , but my fiancée's mother does not make a lot of money , however I may be able to provide enough money to show as proof of financial support . 2-We have never met in person but we know each other really well and we've sent letters, I have our chat history, SMS's and phone calls . We have not met in person due to some conditions . I would like to know if even without photos or visits record , is there any hope that the CO would accept the following proves such as History chat , Phone calls ,SMS , Letters , Objects received from her ??? I thank you, the reader for having the time to read my post , and I hope someone would help me by answering these inquiries and posting any helpful information about my case , I will really appreciate your help people . K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Questions on form I129-F / K1	Hi everybody , ok i wanna ask if im did a bad step with DHS , with form I129-F/K . ok i expalin i took my interviewed more than month , and everything seems going good , and when co officer called me after 2 weeks to consulate at casablanca said me u have a seconed appointement , then she's statred asked me of new , good but in end show me all my eveidence proof especially mails proof and found a example application form I129-F i know this form can apply by us citzen my fiancee sent to me longtime when decide to apply it and forget it inside mail but it seems to me nothing bad just sent to me for know how we can put information about us that's all without anything wrong , co officer talked to me this application should not be here with mails proof i said her yes ur right and its just a example application have some information about us my fiancee sent to me longtime by mail to apply some information about me then not sent it back to her bcs gived her all information by net that's all then give me a paper say's we will return ur case to see by uscis especially dhs . i wanna know if im did a big mistake about that . plz somebody tell me don't worry about my case . and hope they are understanding me . thanks	Ninotisha	Male	Morocco	2009-05-23 08:16:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Had a Heartbreak Today	Even if you do self sponoring the problem comes when he is here on visa and its time for AOS. Then you have to use the I-864 and meet the 125% proverty levels. So self sponoring is just a temporary solution. Sorry dont give up things will work out.
