Denied i-129 now going CR1 route

They never tell anyone why they deny in Morocco

not on the paper. they deny most the first interview. It is a long process in moroc and you have to fight every step of the way.

I called them today and they told me that Casablanca has requested all files to stay at NVC for now until they are not so busy. I asked the woman if that was normal and how long do they usually request for them to stay there and she said "I don't know...a month or two"......I am thinking she doesn't know....that is the first thing she said. well to be honest , i will take just what i have now (marriage photos , fiancaille party photo , one lovely greeting card and one letter he sent me , emails but dates in 2005 , 2006 and 2 o 3 in 2008
some pictures we did when he visited us , withme , with our son ... , marriage certificate , our son's birth certificate )

if they ask about other thing i'll give it to them the next day ....

after getting that answer from him , i stopped talking to him , blocked him in msn , stop answering the phone
after 3 days of trying he called mom in her mobile lol , and i talked to him , we talked for 40 minutes , told him that he doesnt feel what he's saying , doesnt feel what i feel abt this process cus its me who's gonna be in front of the cow
he said that he was stressed about our son's case , now he's at least sure he'll have interview in the same day as me ,
so now im just waiting for the letter then ill take appointement with Dr Khadija in Casablanca for me and my son !!

but he still doesnt want to send me his photocopy of passport , and i said ok "i dont care "

they will ask you what language do you wanna use in the Interview( Arabic , French Or English ) you will pay for the Visa it was 1200dh for me , and you will pick up the Medical Exam with you when you are going to the Interview , and yes you Babe will have a Medical exam too ... and No you dont need to do the timeline coz they wont ask you about that ,
