Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	Appeal	we had interview in July. It was denied and sent back for review. Today i go a notice saying it is revoked and i have till the 26th to send notice of appeal. they were never revoked. it is a different process. but thanks i need help with the appeal process Was your petition sent back to USCIS after interview for revocation? I believe Liz and Mohamed went through the same thing. I could be wrong. Maybe I do not understand the terminology? Just do a search and find people to contact to help you. If dating site, proof of how i paid for it. when i told my mother I would marry him. My dad's death certifate. my grown sons birth certiftes, list of all his and all my family and all addresses and phone numbers. I had to go on facebook to find all mine. where i stayed each visit and how i paid for it who was at marriage and who was not. Affidavits from family that could not be there. all trips and 2 months bank records before and after photos of meeting, marriage, honeymoon annoucenment of marriage where he learned english and affiviat of support from the school chats, phone records, sms messages, any other to support it affivats from family of our meeting, marriage and that we slept together and had sex this is just a little of it the RFE was 4 pages long I would still appeal. It will be quicker and cheaper than reapplying and I feel it shows you are validating the relationship and fighting them and letting them know it is real. Send all proof again. Make the packet organized (all 500 pages of it) Show them what you have done together since the interview. But be sure to send all proof again. I know you have been through alot and giving up this petition seems easier then fighting it. But a new petition will be another year and admitting defeat if you are in a real relationship then I say keep fighting and let them know they were wrong. I was there for his interview and not allowed in to talk after it. i spent 3 months this summer there for Ramadan and to be with him. We did more than normally anyone has to do. I would appeal. Send them loads of proof from the begining of your relationship. Have you seen him since july? I would not start over and pay them again. They just want more money. Fight and fight hard. Get affadavits. Joint credit cards. Phone bills. Weekly conversations on cam. Send every pic you can. Di you have webcam with his family? Send everything you can. Write a letter explaining your relationship. And address the issues of the interview. Keep it professional and not emotional. Tell them what both your 5 yr goals are and future plans. Dont give up. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Trouble obtaining Tax Year 2010 Transcript?	they do want certified copy of 2010 taxes. this is what has us on hold why do you need the transcript from 2010? I sent in my taxes February 17th and they recieved them 22nd of February. i know this as they already approved his his taxpauer number. But i still do not see my taxes in the system. it is small refund so not sure what the problem is. it is now 3 months since i applied. Hi fellow VJ'ers Wondering if anyone else has had not been able to obtain their 2010 tax transcript. I've checked twice now and the recording says it's not available. Hi I am trying to pay $88 and $404 but the website do not proceed to next step. I can "check" either one of amount and then I clicked "pay selected fees". Nothing happens. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Medical and interview question	In most countries you get a packet from the embassy giving you a list of accepted physicians you can see for the medical. the packet will have instructions for all you need to do. And yes, you have must bring the medical exam reports to the interview. If in sealed envelope, don't open it. Any sealed envelopes are to be opened by the receipent only.Hope this helps. I'm about to send NVC DS-230, last documents. After that, just waiting on medical and interview. Does the U.S. consulate assign you the interview date first, so you can get the medical prior to the interview? Or do they assign both medical date and interview date? As I understand, they assign you an interview date, and you have to get the medical done by yourself before the actual interview. Am I correct? Our U.S. consulate is in Chennai, India BTW. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	We only sent taxes for 2010	Actually. if you can get to IRS office, they will print them out and certify them at the front desk. Faxed copies would not have the certification in color. It is just I have found out immigration and NVC don't like photo copies. Embassy is even tougher in some sountires. Hello all,i have a concern,we only sent to NVC the last year(2010)taxes return form 1040, they dind't ask for more,we got case complete and I have the interview soon,on the letter received from NVC at "financial evidence is Y ".I am going to take at the interview the 2010 tax return,but i don't know about 2008 or 2009. How would anyone in NVC know what you paid your attorney for? Attorney can not say this as it is privaleged communication with you. You should call and consult your attorney and request in writing the informaiton. Put is in writing as he is required to resspnd. Hi vjers Our K1 petition is right now going to the assigned consulate in Italy; when we called NVC though we were told that if we payed the lawyer just for the USCIS part of the petition (which we did) now we should send NVC a letter with petitioner name and date of birth, beneficiary name and date of birth and lawyer's name to ask him out of our case. Is this correct? Is there a precise form to do this or should we just write a normal letter? Does it need to be signed by both? Thanks everybody for your help! National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Chennai Interview	In about a week, you should get notice to go online and pay the 2 fees. Takes another week after to show them paid to NVC. Then you be requested to fill out the I-864 and any other forms needed. YOu may get RFE if any are not clear. when all paperwork is completed, they call the embassy to schedule interview. I would say if all your ducks are in a row, you will be lucky to get August but more than likely September. I say this as my attorney says they call the embassies just 1 time a month to schedule and you are too late for the July call list. Hope I am wrong and you get August. Just expect if they get all your supporting documents by the august date to call, you will have a Sept. interview. I hope you intent to be together for this is also important. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Confused about my case!	Your case seems to be in transit. USCIS no longer has it as now you go to NVC. Once NVC gets it, you will be assigned a new case Number. My case numbers have started with WIC, MSN, and 2 others. All you can do at this point is wait for the recript from NCV saying your case has been received. My original was less than a month but don't hold anyone to this timeline. When you recive the receipt and case number, they can ask for futher proof but also you will be instructed to go online and pay the 2 fees for visa and processing. Can receive emails and phone message when the case is updated. https://egov.uscis.g...ectusertype.jsp it took about a month for me to get the notice to send the 2 payments online to NVC but no one ever knows this as we don't know how many cases they have at any one time. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	How can it take so long?	hi Don E. we are waiting since 6th June, we called uscis, then nvc many times, then the director , they want us wait a 2 more weeks then call again. i do not think our package get lost somewhere but i think they do not take cases in order , or they wait till they have a lot of cases from same country to send them all together insted if sending one by one . i 've also read that the K1 cases are not entered into the automated system so dont expect any answer from it , even from a live operator.just wait and if u do not get something in 2 month u better call either the director or make infopass in front of the uscis to check ur case by urself. So many Moroccans are committing fraud so you my dear just have to deal with it. It's about time they stop favoring females over the males. if u dont have nothing nice to say dont say nothing keep your comment to your self dear... i dont need people like u in here I don't think your husband should write anything; The petitioner needs to do it; so just write few letters explaining your situation; also state in the letter specifically how long have you been in AP and the norm for Morocco. (so that way they can see it has been over the norm); it doesn't need to be long but just to the point. I faxed over notorized letter to the US embassador in Cairo and fax over the same letter to two congressmen from my state. After few days, I have recieved a call from the congresmen's office; (my letter was regarding the extreme long wait time in Cairo for getting an interview scheduled; the embassy had been behind on interview dates for over 4months or so; do to revolution last year-well the revolution is not my problem they should get more people to process it or work overtime like we do in the US:) so I just kind of said that in a nice pleading way). My husband finally got an interview after 5 or 6 months which was a normal (delayed wait time) but he did not need to go through an AP process; He had an interview 12/15 and visa was granted 12/20. I'm not sure if this was because of my requests but just writing the letters of plead for assistance made me feel much better. I think the petitioner has to involve his senator or congresman on the case. And you guys have follow up with that office periodically. Because when the embassy is answering to the congressmen/women, they have to make a progress although they are independent namely but they have more respect for them than the average people. 1. Choice one of the popular senators or congresman that is also up for re-election 2. meet their immigration community representative and chanell your messages in their. Put all your efforts in here, this is the only option that can yield results at the end. I did it for myself for my wife and it took me 28 days to be out of this black hole in the immigration law....
