Its free to order it mine was atleast allow atleast 1-2 weeks time to recieve it on average. Hope I helped you some. The only reason I think we could get AR is cause f our relgion being different. And we havent seen eachother since 2004 but at that time I was there for three months. Are you in AR shonjaved? So far I have had two nice ones at the NVC. im starting to call the NVC so much that Im starting to remember the staff. Their voices, attuide and their names. And they arent very professional considering who they are working for. Im just glad im done with the USCIS I would of loved to yelled a them many times they are so lazy tell you things that arent even true. I was told once my husband had to go to the consular himself and apply for a K3 visa and he did it all himself I did nothing. And they told me he had to sign the I-864 as a promise he would get a job. I hope we dont get an AR its possible but not to many reasons why I think him name isnt common unlike alot others. The NVC is nicer but not by to much. Sometimes I swear the more money people make at their jobs the more it goes to their head and the lazier they get! They give you attuide just like we will notify you in the mail. We have went through all this stuff with them at the NVC and we just simply answer to know if a date is there and their getting all snatty about it! National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Update: RFE before DS-230	I wouldnt worry about it too much. It all depends at the NVC how fast they complete your case I had a RFE for my DS-230 and I was amazed that from the time they had recieved it only took two days to complete the case!!! Sometimes even after you know what you did wrong you can self generate the coversheet and just sent it that way. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	K3- I130, I am finally filling it in!!!!!!!	I made a mistake on my I-130 for the Family name part and used my maiden name. I did make a mistake and it was wrong but the NVC was very nice about changing it. Just wanted a copy of the marriage liscense I guess they even accept scanned copies. The I-864 papers that they have say the joint sponor does not meet the new 2006 guidelines. But before the guidelines went up they met the guidelines and this last tax return shows they meet them. But the letter of their employment says they make around 50 over the guidelines. And their 2006 return is at the right amount also. For a lawyer who said they had so many years of experience they certainly filled all of the forms out wrong.. And gave wrong information and I had wasted my time cause I though she was right when she wasnt! But I only had her do one form luckily instead of all of them! Im not sure how any lawyer can speed things up for you. My husband is from Morocco also but we did CR-1 cause of I-130 approval. There is always more to a story then what you see. But your right you may just think of it as signing a peice of paper but it is a big responsibility. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Anyone from Middle East/Western Asia/ North. Africa?	My husband has never been to the US ever but has applied for a travel visa two times. First time almost approved but had to cancel due to family emergency. Second time denied in less then a five minute long interview! We have known eachother for about 6 1/2 years but were friends for 3yrs before we began to like eachother. I think this might be the best thing about our relationship they cant say its not real cause we can prove them wrong! Were doing the CR-1 visa and did it ourselfs but for one paper that a lawyer totally ruined for us. We did have two RFE's one thanks to the lawyer and other one me not fully reading all the instructions. Right now were waiting for a interview date and were not getting anything besides Department of State and NVC telling us we should have one but we dont we qualified for one last month is what were told. I finally got someone to come and speak to me at the window who told me it would be reviewed and be back in 2 months for the visa. The letter i got in October told me to wait for review. What is NOIR? if that is the paper given him that day there was no information on it. the 2nd page with comments was totally blank. I had an attorney, i relied on him to do what was needed. HIs hand was out for money only He said get me the RFE and i did all the work, for $3000 he mailed it to USCIS You can always get the assistance of an attorney, hate to say it, but it might help. He has talked to her on cam when i got a chance to visit he knows the iomportant things in my life. not what USCIS thinks is important but my life. not the books i read as that is not part of my life. they did not even know the answers to these questions as no one asked me how can they say what he said it not the truth? they don't know my favorite color and the color of my house. Adil does. Really I don't think most of these people have a sense of humor so they probably didn't like the fact that your husband or fiance was making light of the situation. Today i go a notice saying it is revoked and i have till the 26th to send notice of appeal. they were never revoked. it is a different process. but thanks i need help with the appeal process Was your petition sent back to USCIS after interview for revocation? I believe Liz and Mohamed went through the same thing. I could be wrong. Maybe I do not understand the terminology? Just do a search and find people to contact to help you.
