Police certificates are only required for the beneficiary at the interview. I don't know why the other poster received an RFE for a police certificate for the I-129F. It probably has to do with IMBRA and the fact that the petitioner had a police record of some sort. But I can send you questions that have been composited that are the most frequently asked. You need to prepare him starting now. But he will receive the 221(g) regardless. They will not issue him the visa that day. Which is normal. Now what kind of 221(g) is important. You dont want anything stating returning the petition. But for AP is normal and even if they request more information that is not bad either (but you would want to avoid any delays). My love spoke English at his interview and from what the interviewer said she preferred the beneficiary spoke English. She said it would eliminate the question of , "How you will function in America and you can not speak English" But if not I am not sure if the only one lady I know there that speaks Arabic would conduct the interview in Arabic. From other VJers its been a no go!!! Hope this helps you any!! You can submit the N-400 90 days before your 3 year (for spouses of USCs)/5year Green Card anniversary, and they will start processing it, but you won't be able to be sworn in until the anniversary has run. He's not asking if he's eligible to file, since he already knows that he's eligible 90 days before the relevant GC anniversary. He's asking if USCIS will hang onto the petition during that 90 days or will start processing it. Right that is what am asking for . if they start processing it or no.
