Why when something is wrong or missing do they have to make you wait so long before they do something? Is it really that hard? I was suprised if they NVC loses something in the mail to you they even make you wait a month before they will remail it. Seems like alot of this waiting is not necessary Melo try not to worry about your petition things will work out. Maybe if your calling the NVC and speaking to an operator is the problem ask to speak to a supervisor. When I call the NVC I get alot of the same operators who just seem like they are reading a line on a screen and dont know what they are talking about. Hope they find your petition soon!

It can be a problem and I know they look at this in Morocco. Lately people arent having to good of luck with K1 in Morocco. But remember there is other ways besides K1 visas you have CR-1 and K3. Dont worry to much but learn as much as you can.

Hey Everybody, Hope everyone doing well !!

I had interview on 28th Jan 2010, so CO Refusal K-1 and make the case Return to US , Today my fiancee let me know that the lawyer Called Embassy US in Casa and told her the Reason why get Refusal , the Reason is "CO said i didnt show her that my familly Approved our Relationship" but thats was wrong , my family like my fiancee and treated her Good and they Approved my fiancee...So I and my finacee planed to get Marriage here in Morocco as she coming this month .So my questions is :

1-Is okay if we got married and apply for CR/1 ?
2- or need to wait whats going on with our case K-1 as we know the Reason why Refusal ?

Where do you get this "touched" from. I see no place on USCIS site that tells:
We are still in initial stage of review
California site posts 5 months for process on the 15TH of November but we have been 7 monhts .

I hired attorney and asked also for help from my US Senator
What else can I do?

Yes I did my homework this time, Pushark, before you ask.

Me and my husband don't have any joint properties or bank accounts or anything as I didn't live in my husband's country for more than 2 months at a time. For proof, I have photos of us together, phone call records, flight tickets of me visiting, and an affidavit from my mom stating that our relationship is true. Is this enough or do I need more? This is for my I-130.

Since he is from Pakistan, you will probably get hit with the request for evidence I had to produce.
First i had to show how we met and how i paid for the dating site
then all correspondence during our courtship, emails, cards, sms messages, phone calls, chats, etc
then the meeting and photos of it with same letters
then he had to prove where he learned English
then travel for wedding
new photos, new phone calls
proof of how traveled with me, wedding annoucements, who attended, where we go for honeymoon, and affavidat's from his family to say they attend or why they could not.
birth cerifates of all our children
death certificates of family who could not attend like my dad
affidavit saying when i told my mom that i would marry him
all trips had to show proof of where i stayed, hotel receitps, bank statements for 2 months before and aftrer the trips
and how i paid for the airfare.
My request for evidence was 4 pages long
so start to gather copies of all chats and phone records and they can not be cell phones

Appy as soon as you can. Do not wait. She should have told you to file for extension to stay here. Did you do I 129 for financee visa? if so, and married in 90 days you can stay. Anyway, now you married in US and should apply to remain here while they process your I 130

to print the yahoo chat logs u will need to buy a software called yahoo decode but u can use the trial version for free for like 7 times then they ask u to activate it by buying it!!
so u will have to know in advance where is the location of the conversations it's generaly located in C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles\ur yahoo account here\Archive\Messages\the account of ur fiance(e)\ur account here.dat
when u have it u just will have to burn it into a CD or disquette or attach it to an email then go to cyber and print it!

so for evidence u can send pics of u both of him and ur family and chat history email, letters, phone bills, anything that shows u communicate daily
aireplane tickets shows that u have met within the last two years ...u can include anything u see it can be an evidence like hotel receipts, renting a car if the contract shows ur both names, ..etc

No adoul needed u will have just to bring imam who will read quran and ur family which we call it "sadaqa" and it means in islam "tahleel" in this case. after "tahleel" ur fiance is halal for u in front of God and people!

If you decide to do this, dont take any photos to the interview of it, they may interpret it to being a wedding and will deny.


Sal and jay is right if u decide to marry islamicly then don't bring photos that shows that because if they think it is marriage they will deny u saying u had to file for K3 visa not for k1 !!
no i didnt do same! we didnt have time he came for 4 days we asked adoul but no one helps and i asked the imam and he says that to me but it was too late!!my family seen him and they trust him!!
i wanna ask u if he is muslim? cuz religious marriage u both must have the same religion !!

Hi evrybody , we are new to this useful website, thanks for evrybody giving help to others . Me and my fiancee have just sent the I-129F package, we got the first notice of action:I-797 . We have a question concerning the proof documents, we sent 4 photos 2dated on 2006 and 2 dated on 2007, 4emails, 2 bank exchange transcript , copies of 3 post mails , copy of medical tests certificate made in Morocco.passport stams 2006 and 2007. boarding pass copies 2006 and 2007. payment receipt of a coffee shop and last 3 months phone call bills and i want mention that these bills show that we wer in contact evryday via phone sometimes even 2 or 3 times a day.
i hope that can be enough, did we make a good package as to proof of having met in person ? i wish i can hear from you . thanks much for your advises and all the help you give.Belrach.

Too bad for you and many others we got stuck at CSC. Vermont is handing out visa's hand over fist, but CSC is not. I'm trying not to sound bitter lol Basically, sit back and relax because it's going to be a while. Good luck to you.

Yep it is smile.gif

You can use the number on the receipt to check your status on the USCIS website (https://egov.uscis.g.../jsps/index.jsp) but keep in mind they're very bad in updating their site lately so it might take a while until you see changes...

i didnt see what hubby sent , because i got the paper from DHL at 14H15 and went to consulate straight away cus the close at 15h , so i gave them joint sponsor form + his social security !! the CO saw the paper then said they will call me !!

this morning after i read an interview experience in a website , i realised that hubby didnt send joint sponsor' photocopy of his citizen !!!!

now im sure consulate will call to ask about it !!
hubby will fax it to me tomorrow !
