IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - May 2014	i am sure this week will be your day of CC. i know you will have happy memorial day weekend for sure. hang in there a little longer my honey. don't jump for joy yet... Mine is the same but mine shows PAID for the AOS also...    You and I are at the same stage right now. I called Friday around 9:30 Philly time and still nothing..     I have a feeling this is our week...  and a few others on this thread too.      Oh how I hate weekends....   lakehouse..... finally hun????? BIG CONGRATS.... happy for you . you have been through a lot. . wish you can still get june interview date.       CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!           HEHE, I never called to see if I got a checklist... I called to see if things were approved!   Don't go expecting the worst       I don't believe they indicate a CC with what we saw, as I have that too.  And clicking on each item just took me to more information on required documents or the DS260 pages.  I really don't understand the N/A... IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - May 2014	i am really sorry to hear that.  hang in there......   Ok, so now I'm officially sad...   NVC just told me that the only thing they're missing is... the Police Certificate...   It is the last page of my IV package!, has my NVC case number printed on it, the gal was very friendly and we discussed what I had sent/ what was on the certificate as I have a copy right here to refer to... she said that sounded right...   'So where do we go from here?' I asked.  She said she can have the file pulled and looked at again, but if they can't find it I'll have to provide another.   I asked about sending another copy and she said it's up to me.   Here in Canada, it's pretty simple, the RCMP/ police stations have the forms to fill out, listing that we need this for Immigration, the search is local and Canada-wide.   I'm now crushed, as I was hoping for CC tonight or at least this week.  So now I'm into believing there will be no interview until July for sure          Should I send another copy??  If I send it and in the meantime they approve my case, will sending this cause a delay when they then try to match it up with my file? I am hoping for a case complete this Friday or latest Monday next week. I am praying for a June interview (July is too far after waiting 11 months for a NOA2). US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Almost finished, we think	with no expedite you are looking at 5-6 months from what i have read and been told. we are lucky to get our's with expedite due to some medical issues and i am pregnant. there are still some people waiting from dec and jan and i think as far back as august..i hope they get it together but it is all because of what has been going on over there. It is much easier for them to get information from USCIS. I received the notice of approval in 2 weeks. When I had filed just by myself they said it could take over a month. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - November 2013	Okay then.   For P1Q9, put unemployed (unless he's ever been employed in his life). As for the date, not too sure, maybe his birth date or the date of whatever the age would be in his state where he can legally start to work. Perhaps you should call up NVC to ask.   For P1Q11, has he not filed taxes? I don't know anything about social security and if that's exempt from filing taxes. If he's never filed taxes, definitely don't put N/A. Fill out the years and put '$0.00' in the total income lines. Do NOT leave those lines blank or a checklist will very likely be issued, I've seen it time and time again.   For P2Q13 and 15, put the number of immigrants. I don't know your case, so I don't know what number that is.   I'd also highly suggest you include a letter with his package describing his disability and work/tax situation (or lack thereof). I'd put it both in the cover letter as well as it's own sheet behind the I-864A.
