K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	divorce judegement to be included with I129F	Divorce Decree for me too, certified copy for me but isn't required according to the 'guides' http://www.visajourn...mp;page=k1guide ok thanks ! what is a certified copy? My divorce judgement was in 2 steps - first was the status judegement terminating the marriage and restoring the status as single. this is the divorce judgement. second was the martial settlement agreement related to the division of property etc which was entered 6 months after the divorce. Any inputs if the marital settlement agreement needs to be included also? My own opinion is it is not needed - for purpose of I-129F the only thing that needs to be verified is the martial status. It says I797 and say it is been approved. Can this really happen? I am so happy but cannot believe it. Is this it? Congratulations with your approval! I received my approval notice via snail-mail - never did receive an email. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Forgot to send form FC-029 w/ petition	:help:Help, I'm freaking out right now!!!! I mailed my petition on Friday (waiting for delivery confirmation from USPS, website tracking states they attempted dellivery, but nobody to sign so a "notice was left"). Now I realize that I forgot to print out and sign the FC-029 form attesting that I'm sending copies of documents and have the originals to present if necessary. Will USCIS send my I-129F petition back to me because of this, even before they begin processing? How crucial is this form? I could just kick myself. My cover letter does state that "copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents etc...." and I did sign the cover letter. So if I have this paragraph in my cover letter, does that take the place of the FC-029 form? Any advice or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. And if I'm just second guessing myself obsessively, anyone is welcome to tell me to chill!! Thanks in advance. Can I say CHILL? Don't worry about the FC-029 form because it's not necessarily needed. Just trying to get an idea of how many November filers are left (i'm sure other November filers might be wondering the same thing). Where is our NOA2?!?!?!?! It's killing me!! I updated the timelines for November just last night... Still several of us around.... When I checked yesterday, there are 24 November filers who are still waiting for their NOA2s. The problem with yours, your check hasn't been encashed since then so that means something is really wrong... Did you get a receipt from whatever mail service you used to inform you that it reached the service center? Maybe you should check with the postal service? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	G-325A form	On this form for my fiance, can I attach an additional sheet with the addresses, there isn't enough lines for his addresses for the past 5 years, and what if the employment information doesn't all fit, is it best to attach an additional sheet to each of the 4 forms? Also, there is a part in the middle of the form that asks for the address outside of the U.S. of more than one year, my fiance has several addresses, that are 6 months at a time, nothing more than a year, only his home address when he lived with his family, does it go in that spot? I know this is confusing, I just need to know should I type it all out on a separate piece of paper and attach it or staple it to each form, or fill out what will fit in the lines, and attach the rest to a separate piece of paper to each form. It concerns me because of the * below. * Note on "Last Updated" date: Your case may have a new "Last Updated" date and you may receive an Email Notification of your case being updated, without the status of the case changing. This is due to internal USCIS processing being performed on your Case. This will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date, but may not result in a different status message.
