Be sure of your standing with the IRS before beginning all of this. you dont need the assistance of a lawyer, my fiance and i did it all by ourselves with the help from this website, once you file it will take about 7 months before you can even think about arriving in the USA to begin your new life. the whole process is pretty easy and straight forward.
