K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Very Frustrated	I'm really very FRUSTRATED now, i wake up very early this morning just to check our case if we have good news already, but then it is very frustrating, nothing change, My husband & I were expecting NOA2 today Dec 22 or (i hope tomorrow) after we responded the RFE. I hope before Xmas they will approve us so it will be a very Merry Christmas & my B-day Dec 28. Vermont Pls don't let us wait for too long. I'm praying. We both feel the same way now we are sooooo pathetic waiting and waiting ,don't know now how much longer we gonna wait for more, we don't know what will happen to us now. Yesterday morning, my husband was crying out loud when i talked to him in the internet, At this point in time he's very deeply affected of the situation, he was sitting there, saw him hysterical, his mom, trying to comfort him, he shouted all his anger & frustrations. He keep on crying suddenly told me better to ''kill himself'' and speaking words he ''don't want to live anymore '' my life is useless without you sweetheart'' why it so hard to live with my wife'' why don't they approve us yet, why those people (Vermont) screwing us they don't care our feeling,,they want us to separate'', I was crying & screaming trying to stop him, i comforted him & I did my best to calm down, I talk to him with Love & affection ,just to cool his anger,.. Oh, i really pity him, i know what he feels now, I keep telling him that no one can help us except to have more patience & might as well ignore the petition in the meantime, & he answered, I been so patient for the last 300+ days & its over. Things are so complicated, Our relation being husband & wife is so much important to him more than anything else in this world, he want us to be together, last Aug/Sept when were not yet approve he wanted to come & live with me here but i just stop his plan & told him to just wait until we get approve. Now he wjustant to pursue it by early Jan. 2009 he will come, don't know yet if he will return to the States or not, but sure he will lost his job, & losing his job might be an issue in the Consulate interview, am afraid it may jeopardize granting me a visa. Don't know now what to do. We are in the verge or uncertainties. My VJ friends Please we need your support...we are emotionally down this time. Well, Thanks guys for your comforting words, but really Vermont ruin our life specially my husband he's so depressed nowadays in fact he's taking sleeping pills to be able to get sleep, all the symptoms of a depressed mind is what he is experiencing now, sleeplessness, tension headache etc, & so do I. We're like crazy, we think each other 24/7, I feel like crying everyday of my life i cannot concentrate anymore in anything that i do. We missed each other so much, but we are helpless. We are a thousand miles away. My husband is wonderful & loving person. We vowed each other not to give up in test of life, so I guess this is it. Hopefully we will overcome this in the near future. USCIS internet page is of no help with it's late postings for processing dates and no one to speak with to get real information. In November, they only processed one week's worth of papers for the entire month. They are just a little over one week away from our date and yet they don't seem to be moving forward. They are supposed to update their processing dates around the 18th of each month and still have not done it yet this month, which is almost at its end. We are so very distressed that the closer they get to us, the slower they become and we see no end. I am not sure if anyone out there can be of any help on this topic, but my husband and I are needing to vent. Is there anyone out there who can give us some hope?
