K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	at lost with k2, help!!	You will be required to fill out the DS forms for your children too. They will be required to have the medical exam just like you. Your children will have to be with you at the interview. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	USCIS approved my K2 petition, but NVC does not have the case ?!	don't worry too much about it. They told me the same thing. We got our noa2 on March 28. I waited for a while and didn't hear anything from NVC. I called and the lady told me we were on "administrative review"..she said it could last 1 to 2 months..then she proceded to say actually it takes 3 to 4 months.... NVC received our papers on April 16 and i got the letter yesterday ( April 23) I think they just tell you these things so you won't call back for a while.....	rogail	Male	Philippines	2007-04-24 12:47:00
