US Citizenship General Discussion	N-400 March 2014	I had my interview today at the Baltimore field office - I passed   The oath ceremonies for today were full so I have to wait until next week.  Oath will be next Wednesday, September 24   I can't remember much of the interview.   Questions asked were: Who becomes president if the president can't? What is 1 right under the first amendment? Name a part of the amendment that states who can vote Why did the first colonials come to America? US Citizenship General Discussion	N-400 March 2014	hi hi,   on  6/13 I received the 'yellow' letter -- basically a letter from uscis printed on yellow colored paper saying to bring my green card, passport(s) and driver's license to the interview.  then on 8/16, I received the letter with the interview date.  confusing isn't it?  from what I've read from other posters seems that they get the yellow letter after the interview is scheduled, my case seems to be going in a different direction lol     christi85, I understand what you're going thru. I'm planning to do the same thing, keep my maiden last name as a middle name and take my husband's last name as my own. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - February 2014	when sending in W7 for ITIN, tax returns are mailed with it. Do we send just federal with it, or does state go with it to?? If not then I have to wait to get ITIN to file state taxes. Tax system is weird in the states compared to ours, I over looked this part as I did not realize they had to be sent to different places, in Canada we just file and send to same address. Getting in a little ####### from the hubby on this, so any help would be appreciated.
