CO was very friendly with me .i said thanks and leave embassy .now in front of you just waist 6 month job less and fanilay i decied to take my passport back thats ALL. I pray the new medical is all they need to finish our case and issue the visa. I have sent a package to the embassy with letters and emails from them showing the mistakes they have made to our case. In one email that called my husband Mr. Sahah my husbands last name is Raza.   Because it is the Christmas season I have spent all my money on gifts for my family. I will have to go to the bank and take out a loan to pay for the medical and travel to Lahore. I am very upset that the embassy gave me the wrong information in October. So much time has been wasted. My husband could have been here by now. dear sis. my medical already expire bcz i am in AP already 6 monthes . now i should e mail embassy or diect make an appointment for medical what your idea plz guide me . My husband has been in AP 17 months. We know the embassy sent 2 men out to his city and they asked his friends and neighbors questions about him. They called him in for another interview at the end of October but haven't worked on our case sense November 4th. They approved it after 11 months and seven days. I applied in early August of 2005. And now hopefully its the last process. The extra paper work they need is my clearances again and Medical again. I am happy that all the hurdles are clear and I have path to going back to US and also coming back to Pakistan. Pakistan is not a bad country to live either. I don't regard myself lucky nor unlucky. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Got the visa yesterday from Courier	Hi All, Yes my visa is here. THe waiver was approved 2 months ago. The embassy told me to get updated medical report and clearances from Khi and Lhr. I gave them 4 days ago while visiting the embassy all that they required. And the visa was granted instantly. No questions asked. Other than the documents asked for. But the wait was ofcourse there. Well, finally after 2 years and 8 months visa gets approved. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Calling everyone going thru Islamabad Embassy, version 2.0	Finally the visa arrived at AMEX. I got it yesterday. And the visa is issued. After the Rome US embassy aproved my waiver in mid July. The PAki US embassy asked for clearances from Khi and Lhr. And updated medical report. Which I submitted last week. The visa officer instantly told me the visa/waiver is approved. And the visa can be issued. Yesterday I collected my passport. With the token received at the Embassy. So easy and simple was the last step. And no interrogation. Nothing......... NOw its time to plan the journey back to the US. Where wife and daughter awaits my arrival. Thank you for all your updates and suggestions. And thank you to all the people who shared their stories with me in the group. Well I would just say that be 100% confident. Body language should be very positive... In the last phase of the interview when he gave me green sheet I told him that I hope I will be there by august .he asked me why august ?? I said my wife is in states and expecting a baby. Did they give you green sheet and American Express service locations sheets? Did they also give you a slip that says you will need to pay $165 once you receive your package? Yes CO said that I need to face this mandatory administrative process and I can take from 2weeks upto year . He gave me green sheet ...but my interview went really well. CO was very friendly.
