IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Age difference	Hello well am kinda worried about the age difference wit ma hubby and the age diff is 23 years , i really love ma hubby and we have been together for long ,his an amercian by birth and he works for the governement , i applied for a spousal visa and ma interview is around the corner , we got married on june 15 2012 and we have been dating since AUG 2011 and i first met him when he came home to visit me in Nov 2011, he has always been coming to visit me home and other times we travel to any country of our choice , we have been to several countries together and we have all the evidence those embassy guys will ask for like the pix ,WU , he pays for ma school so i have all school receipts , phone bills , skype , hotel receipts , w2, emails ,and everything , so fam do u think this is will affect me coz am scared . IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Living Abroad Filing I-130 for Husband	well i also applied for a spousal visa but we did everything when ma husband was not in america he was in afghanstan and when he petitioned in for me wit filling i-130 i was in uganda and he was in afghanstan and USCIS was sending emails to his american address n it was the sister receiving them and then after she would send them to me thru DHL which would take 2 working days for me to receive them and actually it has taken us a yr till date tho am on the final stage but i would like to say that i think yo hubby will not b able to make it coz this whole process takes along time  well i also applied for a spousal visa but we did everything when ma husband was not in america he was in afghanstan and when he petitioned in for me wit filling i-130 i was in uganda and he was in afghanstan and USCIS was sending emails to his american address n it was the sister receiving them and then after she would send them to me thru DHL which would take 2 working days for me to receive them and actually it has taken us a yr till date tho am on the final stage but i would like to say that i think yo hubby will not b able to make it coz this whole process takes along time	MB & Rap	Male	Uganda	2013-06-18 07:10:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Newbie about the file for K1 visa with some concerns	well i dont think age difference is an issue coz am ugandan(female) and ma husband is an american ,but i met him in Nov 2011 in person that everything happened for the first time ,i picked him from the airport in the nite at 1am and i got to know ma boo thru mutual friends who were workin wit him in Iraq and those mutual friends i was studying with them in school when they were still in uganda before gettin jobs in Iraq, Ma boo is such a darling coz i had always wanted to settle down wit a man where by we all love n respect the other but i was always in the worst relationships of being hurt .Then when ma hubby came to uganda in 2011 we stayed together for a month n he left in December 2011 where by he proposed to me on his birthday n i was the happiest person ever n remember i was 23yrs by then n he was 47yrs n i had said to ma self no dating young men coz they are problems so ma mind was focused on an older man n trust me when i met ma boo i was ready for everything n age was not ma worry ,we got married on 15 june 2012 n am so happy we makin a year this month and unfortunately thats the day am travelling to go for ma interview to nairobi coz i applied for the spousal visa(CR-1) . We have travelled wit ma boo to different countries ,and i talk to his family so much and he has a son where by me n the son are close we communicate and talk to the other when we have something bothering us and i love it when he says Hello mum( smiles) well i wanted ma son to come visit Africa coz he has never visited Africa before but ma interview is on is this month n once i get ma visa ma boo wants me to just leave africa n go to his him ,well ma hubby has visited uganda four times since we started dating ,we have lots of pix together n all evidence so let the age issue not bother u at all coz the only thing u need to do at the interview wen they ask u about the age is u need to speak out your soul why u love him n why u married n u got to prove to CO that yo man is heaven sent(lol) but anyway just prove to them u love him. cheers	MB & Rap	Male	Uganda	2013-06-03 00:11:00
