Hi everybody!

To all who had already taken their medical exam at st. Luke’s, I need your opinions, suggestion and advice or tips.
Here’s my question:

1. What documents I need to bring that they will require?
2. What are documents that they require for my American citizen baby too?
3. How much it cost the payments?
4. What kind of shots that they will give it to me and for my baby? Do they will know if that shots is needed or not for me and for my baby?

Neways, i want to hear to those who experienced lately.and please share it to me and I need your help guys because I am planning to have my medical this coming end of week.

There is just so much confusion. Everyone is talking about a packet, but I don’t have that! I have not receive anything from the embassy yet but an email MNL2009xxxxxx (APPOINTMENT CVR LETTER) . What is all this talk about a packet. Some say you have to bring the original packet and a copy of it to give the guard at St Luke's, but again I can’t find any information about this packet! Could someone please tell me what this is?

Hi..In philippines all U need is the NVC letter or the letter from the embassy (thats the MNL case #)since u got that MNL case # U can go straight to saint lukes for ur medical and U can call the US embassy in manila to schedule an interview...or call the US embassy manila first for the interview appointment (u need the confirmation letter for the medical) and U can go to saint lukes (no need an appointment to do ur medical U can just go there at saint lukes(bring the copy of ur NVC letter the MNL case #,confirmation letter of ur interview,passport,2x2 pictures,money to pay the medical and ballpen

Dear, you need only 4 2x2 pic, WHITE Background; appointment letter email (2 copies), passport original.
what's packet 3? I did not bring this. If you are a CR1, you need only to bring what I said above... and money of course.
