K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	We too will be hitting six months this week!!  We put in a service request....Result: "Case is pending"...and now I have my Congressman's office helping.  They say five months is an average, I just hate being on the back side of that average .  Hopefully this will be our week.   I feel the same way. I have soooo much hope this month despite of the stress and frustrations. Hitting 6months in 2days from Noa1. Senator is not updating on us anymore. Expedite request is not granted. Service request is pending. Email to USCIS director will be send tomorrow. Fiance will call USCIS tomorrow too. That's what I thought also since the last time my fiance called USCIS is working with November filers. there are still November filers left. We've done any possible things you can think of. From countless calls to the tier2, writing the senator, expedite request, service request. The last thing we'll gonna try is writing the USCIS director, but still no guarantee. We had decided that I was going to go to the US to wait for NOA2 until interview so we were a little stressed when we got the approval 2 days before my trip... I got stopped at border control and had to answer so many questions from the first officer and had to do the second interview and after a short wait I was sent on my way to visit my fiancé! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	I was afraid to be disappointed yet again by checking the USCIS website last night, but I should have because - WE GOT APPROVED!!! Mustered my courage to look this morning and saw the Post Decision Activity, not believing my eyes. I did not receive an e-mail or text, but the approval was evidently sent out yesterday, May 7, exactly 6 months after NOA1, so I was jumping all over the place, but not sure if I was dreaming. Wanted to surprise my fiancée, but I found her e-mail later, and she was so ecstatic! She had checked last night and found out first, because of the time difference. Anyway, thanks so much to everyone for their support - Foxxy, Sparkle Pony and everybody else - and of course to FinalEmpress for creating this topic and being so supportive too. To Chaeradaria and all others waiting, I know it's hard tobelieve, but there will be an end to the NOA2 stress for you, and I hope it is very soon. It will be a great feeling! Great good news!!! congratulations to you!!!! Finally early filers are now getting approvals!!! I just hope they cleared out all November filers first before proceeding to next month filers. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	Well guys, I'm at a loss..  I expect we'll receive our interview date in the next week or so, but my fiance in the past couple days has been showing signs of schizophrenia.  He has always been eccentric but things have really come to a head for some reason in the past few days.  It is really scary and upsetting and I don't know what to do.  I don't want to give up on him and our future together.  I am working with some of his friends and hopefully his family to try to get him some help but I feel very helpless and sick to my soul.. She did well and passed the interview with no problems. She will have her visa in two weeks and we will plan the trip at that time. We are both very excited! She was all smiles and full of happiness. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	I decided to go ahead and call USCIS for any information on my NOA2.  I have read their response on this thread before.  They told me "TSC was currently working on applications submitted from October 22nd and they have a backlog".  I swear I have read this EXACT response!!  Also as an FYI for all of you waiting, I did not receive my NOA1 until 12/5/13 BUT they counted my case start date as the day I originally submitted my petition, 11/12/13.  I think I will call again tomorrow  and the next day....and the next.  If no NOA2 by 5/5/14 I will contact my congressman.  Our NOA1 date is close to your NOA1 date, we got ours 12/04/2013. I can't begin to tell you what a relief it is! Now let's hope my gut was right and things start to pick up at TSC! I'll also mention that I've been working with my Senators' offices and was told my petition did have to go through some additional screening and got cleared a few weeks ago.
