K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	I'm happy to report that I got the NOA2 approval text and email at 9pm tonight! I can't begin to tell you what a relief it is! Now let's hope my gut was right and things start to pick up at TSC! I'll also mention that I've been working with my Senators' offices and was told my petition did have to go through some additional screening and got cleared a few weeks ago. My fiance received a forwarded email from the senators office stating that "further inquiry is needed" due to "unresolved issues" Geez! I really don't know what's going on. 5 months will be after 9days, since NOA1 December4. Filed November27, USCIS received November30 happy for those who got visa approved. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	What is a PRF?   I am visiting Diana in 3 weeks, is this something I can have her sign while there and mail back or is this just dependent on your Senator? Privacy release form, its some kind of an authorization so they can access your file. If you ask for senators help, they might give the same form, you can either hand carry it since you'll gonna visit her soon, or mail it to her. The prf is send to the petitioner, the petitioner will be the one to send it to the beneficiary. I also talked to one I knew who asked help but with a congressman, they we're given a different kind of form, where the petitioner can authorize, the beneficiary signature is not needed. They got approved after two days, when they sent back the authorization letter to the congressman office. And they asked help after 3months and a half of waiting for NOA2. Last week my fiance sent and email and a fax to the senators office. Today, they responded already and called my fiance. The thing is, I have to personally sign the prf for them to get access through our file.I'm living far away from the city, it will take few weeks for the prf form to be receive and send back to the senators office. They just said, they will do the best they can. My question, will the senators office will wait for 5month timeframe before they take actions? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	I'm so happy, guys!  Without any notice, an RFE appeared inthe mail today, sent on 3/18!  I had expected an RFE because some documents signed by my fiance did not have original signatures, but they were in blue ink and copied in color so they must not have noticed.  However, I got an RFE for page 5 of the I-129F where I thought it didn't apply to me but didn't answer "no" to the questions about previous criminal convictions.  Overnighting it and will be posting it tonight!  I am at least relieved that they did not lose our papers or forget about us, and things seem to be moving again I am happy for you. Getting an RFE isn't bad at all, they just wanted some documents and the sooner you mail it back to them, Approval will be the next! I wish to have the same fate. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	Hi every one. NOA2 today after 4 months and 21 days! We sent USCIS an email 10 days ago and called them 2 days ago. My fiancee asked to talk to a manager or someone with more information/authority. They put us through to a supervisor and she told that our petition might take another 30 to 35 days, but today morning the approval notice came through email. Really happy and looking forward for the next steps to go smooth and quick for me and every one else. We would suggest that everyone waiting for NOA2 should try calling or sending emails to TSC. We wish everyone best of luck with the whole process and hope that the ones still waiting will get their approvals very soon!  Congratulations! More approvals TSC!!! Fiance called USCIS yesterday and tier 2 officer told him that they are working on Oct 2 filers and that they will get to our NOA1 date in about 41 days (business days), I am just totally speechless and frustrated.   Oh nooo! YEAH!!!!!! Our NOA1 was November 5th. Way to go TSC. I knew you could do it. We have both been so patient, yet frustrated seeing January filers already getting visas. But, TSC finally came through. Does that mean, those still waiting for approval like 2013filers has lacking documents? They should have send RFE already, but some also got RFE after 4months.
