So I have been waiting patiently for my husband since 13 months now. Yup, 13 months in AP so far and i feel like i need hope. I need my VJ friends. I dont know when we all will stop suffering from the AP. May Allah listen to our Duas and join our families. iA! I have a question maybe carolyn can answer. My husbands address changed is that something we should email the embassy right away and let them know? I was a bit confused because I am the petitioner as much mistakes as the embassy does make i hope they dont think my address is changing and then extend the case even longer because they have to investigate. Anyways, please let me know how i should write to them. Should I mention my husbands old address and then write the new one or just tell them my husbands address changed? The first time we spent 16 months in AP and our visa was denied. We appealed and won and our case was sent back to the embassy. This time we have spent 18 months in AP so far. It is very hard to see people that interviewed in 2013 get their visas so fast while old cases like mine continue to rot in AP. Everyday I ask God for strength and courage to wait all these years for my husband to get his visa.   Be strong Kaleem999. Can medical physician do your medical without original passport.because my passport with embassy i have only photocopy. They said the embassy didn't receive a package I sent to the Deputy Chief of Mission Thomas Williams. I sent letters and emails from the embassy showing all the mistakes they are making on our case. The package was sent by my husband 3 weeks ago. They ask the neighbors if they know that the beneficiary is married or has he/she ever been in trouble with the police? They ask all kinds of questions trying to find out something bad about the beneficiary   MsZeen,   Sometimes DOS gives out the wrong information. What does it say on the ceac website? Does it still say AP? If the ceac website and the embassy is saying you are in AP then they are not ready to issue the visa. i wana ask when they send person in ur husband,s neigbors after AP .i mean when u  file appeal or before deniel visa or when u again come in AP after appeal?	faisal213	Not Telling	0	2013-12-11 01:13:00
