K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	a long VSC time	Envy is so ugly, but that's just my opinion. That and frustration...I'm not going to lie...it pisses me off when I see that...and the system needs to be changed, however I am not going to say that I hate the person for going to VSC, but it is fair and these "it's been 3 days since I filed at VSC" and where is my NOA2 has to stop as well. It's like throwing a burger away in front of a homeless man...want to see the homeless man get dirty and dig in the trash...just do it and watch... Ok, like I said, I don't hate you or make insults...but when someone makes the comment, some people are going to be just that, a person...however, like I said the system needs to be changed, it is just that if people complained to the proper people in massive numbers instead of to the one receiving the beneficial treatment, then maybe the system would be changed to make it a little more fair for the entire community.	hmm1	Male	South Korea	2007-05-12 20:18:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I can finally say the words-"I'VE BEEN TOUCHED!!"	What a great Mother's day gift! Our file has finally been touched! Our petition was received Feb 21 2007 and this is the first TOUCH we've received! I know! I know! Doesn't mean much but at least our file is out of a dank box on the back shelf! Our daughter's first birthday is May 25th! What a great b-day an NOA2 would be!! Haven't been on visa journey in a while! Off maternity leave and back at work! I try hard not to obsess too much so I stay off of here! I was getting out of control and stressing too much! Just doing one day at a time and my American is coming to Toronto for a month to celebrate our daughter's first b-day and my son's grade 8 graduation! Life goes on until it really begins! WRT the flight.... based on my experience, a travel agent will hold the ticket for up to one year, then charge a nominal fee (~$150) to use the remainder of the value of the voucher towards another flight. (Doesn't have to be to the same destination.) If you purchased the ticket directly from an airline, they will normally refund the money less an administration fee.... depending upon the airline. Check your particular airline web site for terms and conditions. Loved the video. Some of those shots were taken by a very gifted person with an artistic eye. Lucky them. thanks for the info. I will be calling the airline tomorrow. YOu need them for the AOS. However, from what I've been hearing, the medical place in the UK is telling people they need them before they can leave, so you may have a fight. FRIDAY	After being told that my fiance needed to file a 601 and 212 with Rome, after all the time, money, loss of sleep we found out that it was unnecessary. But at least that's good news because>>>>> HIS VISA IS BEING GRANTED! His appointment is this Friday at the embassy in Paris. HE's coming back!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	The "No, Nothing Yet" Thread	For what it's worth, I have prayed for all of us who are waiting for the NOA ( miracle ) -2 just a few ago. I tried to remember as many names as possible. Thank you. I have said a silent prayer myself after reading about your prayer. I'm not very religious but I do believe. My signature says it all as for delays. I know I have not been waiting as long as some of you but it is a long time for the VSC. I don't know what to do. Besides delays in the K-1 there are also personal issues affecting my income and I don't know how things will turn out in that regard until a day or two. I mean... I will make enough for us to live a nice life but things are going to be much different for me financially due to circumstances beyond my control. I have told my fiancee this. She was upset but not because of the money part. She was upset because I am upset and confused for now. The biggest problem is not knowing. Just like the K-1 NOA2 there are other things up in the air. Very trying times that were completely unexpected. My fiancee has been supportive and told me we are life partners. She is such a good woman. Sometimes I feel like it is just unfair that there is some process that might keep soulmates from being with each other. We are SO happy when we are with each other. It's amazing how much we complement each other as people. I'm stressed... and I am definitely having trouble sleeping for the past few days. I know that these things will all pass... but it is difficult to relax given the financial trauma on top of all the other worries. Any input appreciated. I am going to sound religious here, but I am not. You sound really stressed. Prayer works for me. When I can't handle it, I turn it over to Him. I try to do the footwork but I ask for His guidance in where to place my feet. Trust in Him, and sleep well. It will all work out. When you see both cats in one space you only see one cat at a time "dead cat" and "alive cat" but you never see the mixture of both states. Something like that.
