Resend them the same information along with any additional evidence you may have the past 6 months (phone or email records). It is not unusual to get a RFE about information they already have in their possesion. I did get a RFE for my divorce decree, which they already had. I went ahead and resent the same info with a letter of explanation the same day I got the RFE and a week later they approved my petition. You have to be resilient. Do not waste any time gathering new docs you can only send what you have. You provided more than I did because I did not have any pictures to back up my claim of meeting in the past 2 years, I only provided boarding passes (not even passport stamp). Good luck and do not despair you will get it. Yes, and the boarding pass is a very real primary evidence, which is what they're looking for. The OP did/does not have the boarding pass because it was taken from him when he boarded his flight. That is why it was suggested that he get a record of having flown directly from the airline.....to support the passport stamps which he sent in. J&G, I'm not sure why they issued an RFE if you sent the passport stamps already(you can't get much more 'primary evidence' than that) in your initial packet. Because of the incredibly long time it has taken for this USCIS response, you may want to follow some of the advice given here to just re-send your initial application packet with a letter of explanation of each piece of evidence you're including. Let me ask this....did you use the passport as proof of US citizenship, or did you send in a copy of your BC? If you did not use the the passport as proof of US citizenship....but since you used it to prove entry/exit into your SO's country, did you provide a complete copy of your passpsort(all pages)? I'm just wondering....trying to figure out if this RFE they issued you is just an 'idiotic' one (i.e. they didn't look carefully at your evidence) or maybe they were just confused by some of it. -P I have read that alot, where people get RFE's, submit the same evidence, and then just end up with an approval, I really do not think that there is a method to their madness...however, good luck.	hmm1	Male	South Korea	2007-05-06 16:46:00

I flew on Northwest and they took them from us as we boarded the plane. I knew that was not a good thing when I was going there. Northwest should also be able to fax you, or send you a record of having actually boarded the plane. If you are a WorldPerks member and registered the miles you flew, maybe you can get an account statement printed out as further evidentce? -P OMG...that is horrible, I don't know you except from the VJ board, but I feel extremly sorry for you and even more agitated at our government...I think it is totally unacceptable and would def. consider the congressman route at this point if I were you. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers - a question	There are many, many solutions to this very simple problem. But workers at CSC will wake up and go to work tomorrow and do the same thing they did today and yesterday. Leadership needs to acknowledge the system is broken, outdated, and inequitable. Until that happens, nothing will change. We have a loose FIFO system now, sort of. The data supports that. But there are gaping holes and people seem to get bypassed by months and months. This is unfair and unnecessary even without the use of computers! I am angry and disappointed with this entire process. This is where I direct my anger, not at those receiving approvals. The VSC vs. CSC processing time discrepancy is so unfair and there is no justifiable explanation. But who is aware of this? Can we speak loud enough to make them aware? OK, I am rambling and need to stop... That and frustration...I'm not going to lie...it pisses me off when I see that...and the system needs to be changed, however I am not going to say that I hate the person for going to VSC, but it is fair and these "it's been 3 days since I filed at VSC" and where is my NOA2 has to stop as well. It's like throwing a burger away in front of a homeless man...want to see the homeless man get dirty and dig in the trash...just do it and watch...
