K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers CSC, NSC, TSC	I'm formulating a theory, lemme run it by y'all (yes I'm from Texas) see what you think. Since so many people are seeing touches, but no approvals yet....could CSC be working on all these applications simultaneously and will roll out a sheitload of approvals Thurdsay and Friday of the week, as has been the case the last couple of weeks? Maybe, perhaps, ....what do you think? Is it just too much wishful thinking on my part? -P Of course, I have no way of knowing but I am thinking exactly the same thing. That is why I keep predicting a sht load of approvals REAL soon! A brief look at historical data showed me occasional bursts of approvals and I believe (hope) we are setting up for one of these bursts. The timing of these bursts may be difficult to predict with so little data to go on, but these little bursts of activity do appear to occur. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers CSC, NSC, TSC	oh God!!!! this is so exciting, just checked now and we were touched!!! since feb 6, this is our first touch!! and i can't explain my feelings!! i feel butterflies in my stomach we're praying that we will receive an email from CRIS on the NOA2!! actually when i saw that it was last updated in may1, i logged off coz i thought i was still sleepy and was dreaming, then logged in again then checked the last updated date and yes!! it was really touched!! (hehe do i sound crazy?) to all thanks for the prayers (special mention to kengumbo ) let's continue praying for each other because we are really getting closer msu17, since we're on the same noa1 date, why don't you check yours too if you have been touched and to those going to visit their fiance, have fun with your visit !! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers CSC, NSC, TSC	we're so envious to those of you guys meeting up soon on our side, we don't have much money to spend in traveling here and there...we just spend so much time in chatting, calling each other, then chatting again, then talking over the phone again, looking at each other at the webcam we really need the noa2 and be with each other real soon..God help us have it real soon.. we are on our 88th day from noa1 and still counting..praying for a beautiful surprise a day or 2 from now I spend at least 30 minutes a day on the phone with her (calling card and some direct dial to keep building evidence!!!) and since she is staying with her parents out in the province we only get to see each other on web cam once every couple weeks . I was planning to save my next visit for when I go to pick her up, but we decided we couldn't wait any longer. I am REALLY hoping to have a NOA2 celebration while I'm there on this trip because the next one will be very short...fly there visit for 1-2 days and come back to the US Come On NOA2!!! Sometimes we miss each other so much and use them, but after it seems even worse since we can see each other but not touch. For us its been over 3 months without seeing each other, and this is the first web-cam....so we're still at the "this is so cool, I can see you phase". If it gets too painful, we may also eliminate it....all depends on how much longer the wait will be for our visa. If we go by the "best case scenario" for K1, which is six months from filing to visa in hand....we're halfway there. (That's what I keep telling myself as I wait for any sign of life from CSC.) -P As of May 2, it will be 5 months for us... The first few months we used the web cam and yahoo chat a lot (plus regular phone calls occasionally!) The last couple months have been telephone exclusively and an occasional visit to the internet cafe for her so we can see each other... So I am anxiously counting the days until my vacation so I can see her again But I still check the USCIS site every day in hopes of any positive change Webcam, msn, aim, telephone...frequent visits...it still does not make it any better... Only the completion of this stage of the process will make it better, all the rest are just coping mechanisms I agree, I am losing years off of my life due to this...I hate this feeling...but love my SO...I just want an approval for me and all of us...lets just get it done...I did a search for their phone number and believe it or not, back in teh early 90's they were all caught up...they had months were there were no 129f's at all...I was in shock.	hmm1	Male	South Korea	2007-04-25 20:33:00

Same here...I am hoping to see my congressman in town this month (he does breakfast townhall meetings all over his district) and ask him if he can look into why CSC has so many more files to work than VSC thereby making them slower by a factor of 3 I have already did that with my Congressman...he was surprised by the desrepancy in the times, and said that he would look into it and then gave me a line that CSC has their own set of rules...how can a government agency not have rules that apply equally...it just doesn't sound right, but it does sound like lip service.	hmm1	Male	South Korea	2007-04-04 18:27:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers CSC, NSC, TSC	it is so unfair to the US citizens that we have to wait this long for the processing time. if it was an H-1 or student visa holder, they could bring their spouse and kids when they enter US. no wait whatsoever. we all should write to our congressmen about this "slow processing time". our INS service center should take care of the US citizen's needs before anybody else's. i think we deserve this, as we atleast pay the taxes here. I have already did that, but well it is listed in your other post. My petition was received 26 Feb at CSC, and after reading most of the website, I can't help but wish that I lived in Vermont. Oh well. I noticed the majority had been waiting for months before this notification got to them. After they received it they received NOA2 shortly afterwards. I just got an email notification from USCIS that reads, On August 6, 2013, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. I filed on 07/22/2013, got NOA1 on 07/25/2013, Alien Registration Number has changed notification on 07/30/2013, and now this. I am very happy and excited. I have been looking through forums on this site and it looks like after people get this notification its just a few weeks shy of a NOA2.
