after that they put her on disabiltey after her car wreck and they will pay her 16320 and thats will be the next 5 years only , after that she can retired and get 2100 $ every year
but she get from the social secrutey office 521 $ every mounth for her teenger doughter thats like 6252 $ a year

how very strange. almost all cities in egypt have hawker stalls in the night markets, sell prepaid phone cards for long distance telephone usage, can purchase and call USA.

If that's not possible, then suggest you purchase some skype credit, and call via skype.

Help for a Friend

Hello fellow members,

I need ur help for a friend. She came here in the US 3 times already on a tourist visa. She is from the Philippines and her USC boyfriend is from Texas.

She is coming back this June on a tourist visa again and is marrying her boyfriend.

Here are the questions:

1. Can she marry her boyfriend on a tourist visa? Is it advisable to do this or what is the best thing for her to do?

2.She has 2 kids in the Philippines and the eldest is 19 unmarried.what kind of petition do they need to file to get her kids over here?

3. She thought that once she gets here on a tourist visa she will get the green card right after she married the guy? is it true? or does she still need to apply for her adjustment of status to get a green card?

I would appreciate any help for my friend. Thank u very much.

3. she will have to go back to her country to make interview , also she don't need to validate her visa , but its recommended to marry him after 2 mounthes after step in usa .

Yaweled, jsut relax!!! If the CO said you are APPROVED and if they kept your passport, then you will recieve your visa in 2 weeks. My fiance received here visa last week exactly 10 days after the interview and the CO said she has been approved. Enjoy your wait time and RELAX!!!!

case back to state ( sad )

hey frindes :
me and my fiancee had 2 broken hearts today , after all evidance we show them at the interview and the real relation we have and every thing the cousler said i approve you and wellcome to america you will get your visa in 2 weeks , so me and my fiancee get so happy ( it was since 1 mounth ) , even we call the embassy 4 times they say every thing is ok and its already approve and it will be with you soon , even since 5 days my fiancee call the embassy in cairo a lady answer her she say its already approved and she said she see the visa in my passport and it will be with me after 3 days , and it was right the dhl call me to go get my passport ,

and it was the shocked : we find the visa already stamp to the passport but over the visa a stamp said ( cancled without prejudice ) we feel like some body shot us really , even it had a letter said the embassy not beleave our case so it sent back to state ,

why they do this to us , and what the stamp for i know it mean cancled but what that stamp suppose to mean ??????
and why they send it back to state after the consler said we approved ?????
we here dont know what to do ????
some body help
and how much hope we had if they issue another visa in state after they send our file ???
did we need a lawyer ???
any body hear about it before ????
we are in a bad mode and need any help and pray for us please ,

they send to me a letter said we dont belive your relation , and my passport have the visa in it and its had over it a stamp say cancled ????

i dont know why they do that , any way what the next step after it go back to state ????

filling a cr1 after k1

after i had 2 interview 1st december9 2nd january 14 our case for k-1 was send back as well in january14 and it reach USCIS office by march18 we got married in february 22 and we got this notice on july 10.......... your I-129F pitition for Alien fiance was returned from the American consulate or embassy to the us citizenship and immigration services uscis because the consulate or embassy decided not to issue the beneficiary an immigrant visa at this time uscis has administratively closed your I-129 petition and has sent it to storage because the original validity dates on this I-129F petition have now passed the action of storing this petition is without prejudice to the filing of any future petitions or applications if you wish to re-file another I 129F petiton for your fiance you may do so with the correct fee and supporting documentation so im assuming they gonna do the same thing with yours good luck though yahya and marie

The Embassy in Egypt may not HAVE a pink slip. Everything varies by Embassy. My (now) husband was given a blue piece of paper just saying to come pick up his passport a week after the interview (Nairobi does not mail you your passport/visa, you MUST come pick it up.) Don't worry about getting any slip at all, just focus on what the CO tells you to do.

If you do get a slip of paper it would be directly handed to you at the interview, not put in a folder or anything else. Don't worry about it - just do what the CO says in order to get the visa. Check with others who have gone through your Embassy/consulate - they will tell you more specifically what EGYPT does.

in the philippines, the pink slip is a form for visa delivery, so even if the CO did not tell you that you were approved, once he gave you a pink slip, then it means you are approved...

name at birth certificate and passport dont match

i find out my name at my birth certificate and my passport dont match
one letter is not the same at my last name !!!!
did that had something to do with my case ( my case sent elairer back to usa for further review after i got approved at interview and even i got my passport back with the visa but it had a seal over it said cancel without prejudice !!! )
please nobody come and say we do something worng or the embassy find out something after they give me the visa cuse thats not raight (F)
