No need. Just be honest. They do not care about these things, really. Worst case, they may ask your fiancee about it at the interview, I have heard of this often enough. Something like "Was he married when you started dating?" Or "did you know...?" Just make sure she is aware of everything. If she knows the truthful answer it is not a problem.

it looks confusing,so what if she visited him,in usa then he made her a k1?
what if they got married in usa and applied i130 from her country?
what if they got married in usa and made her aos and that stuff?
although my husband's friends did it and it was ok.
it looks confusing for k1 visas,shall the usc go to the beneficiaries country? also marriage? uscis and usem's are using the k and cr1 stuff to annoy us and that's the truth.

Before getting married and having your fiancee spend all that money again....try figuring out why your K1 got denied. It seems that you were approved first and then they did a 360 on you and canceled it. The Consulate must have something on record and no matter what visa you apply for they will continue to deny you UNLESS you have a strong come back.

nobody answer us in cairo embassy , they dont need to answer nobody they bunch of jerks , all they say that the case is sending back to usa .
even me and my fiancee go to the embassy they said we had no info all we know that the people at embassy say the case going back to state !!!
did they will send to my fiancee a letter tell her why my case get cancled ???
or it will be a normal letter says they dont belive the relation without telling any info ?

The law does not state that the petitioner and beneficiary must have known each other for two years. It states that they must have MET within the previous two years of filing the 129-f petition.(K-1). If you are going to marry and then refile, the I-130 or Cr-1 is the least expensive and most beneficial because it is an immigrant visa and your spouse will not have to wait to work, etc.
In order to be successful in refiling, you need to know the reason it was sent back and address those issues. There is some very good information in the MENA forum that may help you.

On a side note about marriage in Egypt. Do you plan on doing it while your fiancee is there? If so, has she been married before? Does she have her birth certificate with her? If she's been married before she will need a CERTIFIED and AUTHENTICATED divorce decree. She will need her birth certificate.

hey frinds
simply my fiancee is here in egypt now ,the embassy send to us a mail said our k1 visa case send back to usa . we got the mail by dhl says our case going back to states !!!
so we decide not to wait for it to expire or something cuse most of cases get a denial when it gets back to usa .
any way what kind of visa we need to file for after we marry and did they apply the 2 years low which said the man and woman should know each other for 2 years ???
and i feel confused about all kind of visas which depend on marriage , so please help me to choose the visa which suitable to me ,

Why was your K-1 denied? If they suspected fraud then you will still need to overcome this. Make sure the two of you have spent time together and have plenty of proof that the relationship is genuine. Good luck.

we not denied yet our case sent back , but i belive its soft deny i guess , god only 1 know
what you mean by fruad , i dont think if we get married we will not cousider as a fruad nobody get married as fruad and if they think this they better think again , she visit me 4 times until now every time not less than 1 and half mounth and not more than 2 mounth

Hello! We are on the same boat! my original K-1 was denied visa because the consulate suspected we were already married! I tried to appeal and get my representatives involved to no avail. I went back home and married and got my marriage certificate. I came back and filed I-130 and submitted a copy of my marriage certificate with my application. You would need the marriage certificate in order to file for a CR1 to prove you are indeed married. Since the marriage is fresh I don't think you need to have a shared account yet, since you live in different countries.
I do not know if the process will be any faster this time but there should be less time spent on your background check since they've been through it before. Good luck

simply our case ( k1 ) sent back for further review since 5 mounths now and every body here say to me it will not gonna work and you will not hear about it again for ever it will sit there to expire !!!!
so we decide to get married and cancel our k1 pettion , did you think it will be good for us did it it will us go throw the next time more eaiser at the interview ?

I got my Cr-1 USA visa and it says permanent resident for 1 year

The CR-1 and IR-1 means this:

CR-1:
A category 1 Conditional Relative
IR-1:
A category 1 Immediate Relative

Both visa holders enter the United States as Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) and will receive their Green Card in the mail about a week to 10 days later.
The CR-1 spouse will get a 2-year card and will have to file for Removal of Conditions (ROC) via form I-751 before it expires, whereas the IR-1 spouse will get an (unconditional) 10-year Green Card right away.

would you please explain what the diff which make its 10 years or 2 years , in which ground they decide this ????

so he thinking about sending his fiancee to egypt again get married and apply for k-3 visa, is that information right?

DOS .. is the Department Of State
and the papers eventually end up here at the embassy .. the DOS is only a connect between the embassy and the FBI when the security check is requested .
DOS number is #2026631225 will connect you to an answer machine so remember ( 1 - 0 - 0 ) to able to talk to someone in person .

i believe that you are talking about the movement certificate .. here in Egypt the embassy request this certificate sometimes .. as it's not a bad thing at all .. it's just to confirm the places and the dates where you been out of your country .. i don't know how long this certificate takes in Moroco but here it takes 2-3 weeks .
since you are from Moroco so you better post your question in ME/NA forums
