As our situation is almost identically same, thought to check with you if I'm on the right track.   Want to clarify few assumptions:   1) Now if my documents are found ok, the next step would be NVC will send my file to Mumbai Consulate and will also schedule the interview date?   2) The "Packet 3" shown on our timelines is the same DS-230 form and Civil Documents I've already sent to NVC? or different?   3) The "Packet 4" will contain only the Interview Letter and a list of what to bring at the Interview or will also have other documents?   4) What kind of questions they've asked you in the Interview?	ssingh	Male	India	2013-07-30 07:07:00

Mine will make a big difference...my lawyer is,in atlanta..im in new jersey, does that mean it could transfer to atlanta? I don't want that to happen...why are they transferring???
