Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	who have k1-visa under administrative processing	had  my interview last oct 24 unfortuately my case still under administrative processing. I already sent the lacking documents back to the usembassy and recieved last oct 30. But now I dont know what gona happen still waiting from the USEM. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	medical issue	cured already but I have scar in my lungs. I am not taking meds since I did that back in 2008. you will take meds only if ur positive in sputum. I'm not sure the reason why your previous medical expired, but if you get an interview right after the sputum results are submitted in 8 weeks, then you should have at least 4 more months left to spare, so you'll be fine. If they will make decision before my medical expired then I dont have to do the 3rd one. hahaha!imagine my PTB been inactive for 5years. I know it takes alot of patience, it hurts because this is not my first to be in a long process even here in the philippines, opportunity is limited for me and sometimes I have to fight with my situation. the scar in my lungs will be forever visible, I dont have vices and I am good patient. Its been my 3rd trips from cebu to manila and I have to make another one soon and we dont even that would be the last. I dont feel any excitement anymore thinking of the wedding. Now I am here in manila waiting, my livelihood destroyed yolanda. Very confusing. I know the Lord will light my way and grant my wishes. No, you'll just have to be patient a bit longer. They asked you to repeat the medical because it expired, and SLEC wants you to do a sputum because they want to be sure your TB is cleared. They do this for a good percentage of people, even though most of them turn out negative. I am aware of my case that I have to wait for 2 months thats why I started my med. so I will wait for the culture result then I will have my son medical also. Hi ana2013,   I know sometimes the roads we travel or walked never ends. As if you're getting near the end the longer the road winds. I had too a trouble in patience but as you mentioned God will help you. You can't do any shortcut for any CO' judgement. They're just doing what is right for their job even if it seems unfair to you. Try to do 1 step at a time. Do what is asked? If it involves time, try to gather patience and strength. I don't have any answer to your question. But i think what they did is legitimate. That is their policy. I had been in sputum culture too and after my interview i was put on AP and 59days after my interview, my medical will expire because it is only good for 3 months.   Have u gotten you visa already?...The reason i am asking is that, they will tell u to redo ur medical once the visa is issued..Or else ur medical will expire again if ur visa has not been issued.	ana2013	Not Telling	Philippines	2013-11-18 22:16:00

This is how the process before if I remember it correctly: How to get married in Japan Take your Family Register (koseki tohon) or its extract (koseki shohon) to your local City or Ward office (shiyakusho/kuyakusho). That document shows you are eligible to marry – basically that you are not already married, and that you are a male 18 years old or over, or a female 16 or older. Those under the age of 20 must have their parents' signed permission to marry (douisho). Blood relatives may not marry, and if you are recently divorced, you cannot remarry until you have your Divorce Decree Absolute (rikon shomeisho). To avoid confusion as to the identification of a child's father if a birth occurs near the end of a marriage, a woman cannot remarry within six months of the dissolution of her previous marriage. Articles 731 to 737 of the Japanese Civil Code give the complete details of requirements and some City or Ward Offices may have additional procedures or may require additional documents to be shown. You then lodge a Registration of Marriage Form (kon-in-todoke), counter-signed by two witnesses who may need to provide their registered seal (inkan). Then a Receipt of Registration of Marriage (kon-in-todoke-juri-shomeisho) is issued by the Marriage Officer. It is not strictly necessary to have one of these documents but they make a nice parchment souvenir. It is the amended Family Register (koseki tohon) that shows the new, married status. There are separate rules for foreigners wishing to marry in Japan and they differ according to the nationality. If you are a foreigner in Japan, your first and obvious visit will be to your embassy. If you are not Japanese and living outside of Japan, then visit the Japanese embassy in your country. ***You will have to fill up that big yellow paper in City Hall of where in Japan Prefecture you are getting married, since that you both are foreign you might need to get all the papers translated by a certified translator. You will need these documents such as passport with valid visa,birth certificate(translated in Japanese),affidavit of competency to marry (from Phil.
