For who God has joined together, let no man separate them, for they have become one. But these past few weeks tested my patience and forgot what God has promised to those who beleive in Him. I felt lost and ready to give up. But the Lord never left my side. Even when my ears cannot hear him, He stayed with me. Until I found Him again, patiently waiting for me to listen to Him. I found the verse above while reading the bible. I felt so ashamed and asked God for forgiveness. Till then I placed all my trust and Him and started waiting for my Visa patiently. Philippines	I NEED HELP DEBROS	How can USEM check your file in their system (using your MNL case) if your case is not yet with them, how will they know that your case even existed? .. so your payment info might just be shelved for awhile while they wait for the papers bearing that MNL case to arrive and be encoded in their system... and by the time your case arrives a lot of applicants have also paid DV and what happens to your payment info? it gets burried and they will only remember it when interview comes and your verification result is not yet with them (since it was not yet started) and then you give them the receipt bearing the date of payment etc... and then they will then start the DV for you... and worst.. they might not even start DV till after several weeks of not getting news, you decide to call and inquire about your case. So that was what happened to me. I already payed Delbros long before I got interviewed last July 18 but they said that to further process my Visa they still need to do some Verification of there own. And the lady at the last window asked me if I already payed Delbros and asked me for the bank receipt. People in the embassy needs to fix this process. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	lifting the conditions	hello can anybody share their experience regarding my friends status as of the moment?/ i have a friend who came in here with a K1 visa they got married and she had her greencard, the problem is her husband abandoned her last december and totally cut off all their communications, her problem is she needs to apply for an approval to lift the conditions on her greencard...would she be able to apply by herself?(what i knew about this was you need your husband's signature in filing the application) and is there a possibility that she will be deported back in the philippines if ever her husband refuses to sign? what would you advise her to do? they havent filed a divorce yet,...and she needs to apply this may coz its in the requirement that you need to apply 90 days before your greencard will expire...what should she do?	boeing747	Female	0	2010-01-27 01:41:00

US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	medical issue	hello everyone! my case is still inder AP. The email sent to my fiancee assking for "evidence of substantial income". During my interview the CO told me that I have to repeat medical, without any written request to do medical. I went to the medical clinic the next day after my interview. My dilemma is " I have a history of PTB and done with my medication, which I did in 2008. Since then I regularly visited my doctor every year for follow up but it remain inactive and even in my last medical in st. Lukes turn out negative. I tried to beg the doctors in st. lukes during my medical fir the 2nd time that if I dont need to go through the sputum culture since the result of my sputum of my first med just came out last Aug. 5 but they told me that its the Usembassy requirement to wait for another 2 months for the sputum culture. I felt so down because of it, my sputum smear result came out negative and now I have to go back to bantayan Island and wait for the sputum culture. Is there anybody out there knows what should I do, if theres a way to appeal to the embassy regarding my medical.
