Philippines	hello share plsssssss......	Try Citystate Hotel, there lowest room rate is P1500, I stayed there during my interview. On the other side also is Lotus Garden, also P1500. These are 3 star hotels. There's also a 24 hour chowking nearby, walking distance from US embassy and Rob Manila. Citystate is a sister hotel of cherry blossoms. I tried other cheaper hotels but i wont recommend it, the beddings are itchy, noisy, and dirty. There is Shalom Hotel but its already near taft avenue, somewhere in Pedro Gil. Rooms there are about P1300. It's beside tropicana hotel, i wont suggest tropicana bec its much more expensive and I hate there beds. There is also this hotel along kalaw near Manila Pavilion (Waterfront) Hotel in UN. Though I havent tried it there bec its always fully booked, rooms are P1200. Philippines	Just spoke with Delbros	I suggest DavidnMay you call Delbros, bec they are responsible for that, second call NSO to check if Delbros did really done there jobs. You can call up to 3 times with that $18 PIN so remember it to follow up USEM in the future. I hope all goes well with you guys. I just want to vent on this though... I just received an unreliable text message from the Delbros hotline. Text quote: "Pls be informed that your verification request form is not yet forwarded to Delbros by the US Embassy. We will coordinate it with the Embassy. Thank You." What makes this unreliable? First, before i received this text message my wife already called the US embassy. The agent told her that my case, is still under DV. Also she told her that they are still waiting for Delbros's reply before they can further process my Visa. Second, I already personally called and talked with an NSO officer (richard) regarding my document verification from Delbros. He then checked their files and said "sent back na po". He even asked me when I payed Delbros, and stated my complete nbame to verify, "David ... po kayo?, sent back na po". How can I receive this text when the above proves it not to be true. Have your partners in the US call USEM to to their customer service hotline. They need to buy an $18 PIN though, but you can update them on the status of your DV in NSO and Delbros, so they'll know the delays are caused by Delbros. The number to call is 1-888-877-9888. or try this other number free of charge : 02 3012000 loc 5184 and look for Grace. Let's continue to bug Delbros and NSO so they speed up there process. Asked for a foolowup on my NSO docs. They answered back that they could not give information regarding the status of my NSO verification bec they are upgrading their online tracking system. Pareho pa tayo ng service center, taga saan ang husband mo sa california ba? Anyway the best thing you can do is follow up on your papers at USEM, Delbros, and NSO. Better ask your husband to do the follow up sa USEM kasi mas mabait sila sa mga US citizens. Your husband can call this number : 63 02 3012000 local 5184, 5185. Best time to call is from 2pm till 4pm (Philipppine Time). Usually kapag may kausap ang agent sa kabilang linya, machine ang sasagot, just tell your husband to keep pressing zero until the agent picks up the phone Madaming nagrereklamo sa Delbros dahil sa pangit na service nila. But still try to follow up on your DV (document verification) sa kanila. What you do is text: Your Case Number_followed by your name_reason for texting, then send to 09176221949. Usually sumasagot naman sila sa text, pero minsan hindi. So you can call there landline 02 3392761, sabihin mo sa makakasagot na nagtext ka na sa hotline nila pero wala ka namang natatangap na reply. Sa NSO naman, dun nila tiningnan kung hindi ba fake ang mga documents na sinubmit mo sa embassy like the birth certificate, cenomar, marriage license, and so forth. USually mabilis lang ito matapos. Nagtatagal lang talaga sa Delbros kaya kulitin mo lagi ang delbros kasi sila ang magdadala ng DV mo sa NSO. You can call NSO to confirm kung dumating na ba ang DV mo dun or kung natapos na ba at naibalik na nila sa Delbros. Delbros in turn naman ay ibabalik ang DV mo sa embassy. You can call NSO @ this number 02 9267333 and look for richard. Kumain ka ng breakfast dahil lunch break is at 12pm, you cant go out and eat while the seminar is going on. You need to bring your the following. Bring Originals with Photocopies. 1. Passport with US Visa (original). Photocopy the front (yung may name mo), the US Visa, and the back (yung may mga name ng In case of emergency) fill that up, name ng partner mo, at name ng nearest relative mo na maiiwan dito sa cebu. 2. NBI Have it photocopied too. 3. NSO Birth Certificate Have it photocopied 4. NSO Marriage Certificate (for K3 and CR1 only) Have it photocopied. 5. Original Divorce Decree (if your fiance is divorced). Yes photcopy it too 6. Pictures with the love of your life. 7. If your under 25 years old and a filipina. A notarized copy of your parent's consent. 8. P250 for seminar 9. P400 for CFO sticker P250 for the seminar at SMEF. Andafter the seminar P400 for the sticker and certificate sa CFO. CFO office is located beside DFA Cebu. Malapit sa Plaza Independencia. They wont issue you a CFO sticker if you failed to attend the seminar at SMEF-COW.
