All i recieved with the packet 4 were the appointment time and medical instructions and nothing else. All other documents you mentioned were submitted to the NVC. as of my case...in my packet 4 from NVC,i also only recieved same stuffs as urs...and since you already sent everything to NVC then you dont need to bring them all with you coz its already submitted to embassy...i was only asked for my NBI coz i didnt sent the original.they will only ask you pictures and proof of relationship,like letters. have you already paid the NSO verification thru Metrobank? its P650 and it should be done at least 2 weks b4 ur interview...to avoid delays of issuance of visa...like mine.	shanleybelle07	Female	Philippines	2008-01-01 09:13:00

For those who have been advised or called the USEM, we have to pay P650 thru MBTC and takes two weeks to complete. That's why she has to wait for that before her VISA is issued. Philippines	CR-I	immunization is given on the next day. it wont take long...VJ's adviced everyone not to go there Monday to avoid crowd.its much better if you go there after lunch.medical is really fast...the staffs work fast...on my case,i was waited 1 hour at the lobby b4 my name called to pay to the cashier,maybe the cashier came late to work,LOL! i had no immunization coz i already had it last 2006 (its my 2nd time at St. Lukes). theres a lot of hotels near the hospital...if you sleep only one night,it wont cost you P1000 if you look around and see w/c is cheaper.	shanleybelle07	Female	Philippines	2008-01-15 10:28:00

Philippines	AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREFANCY	THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL OF UR REPLIES! I LEARNED A LOT FROM HERE! the reason why i asked abt Discrepancy coz i met one woman b4 at the embassy and she told me to get that affidavit if i want to bring my son to USA..but honestly i am not sure abt it coz i didnt ask the DSWD yet.. but based on my experienced when me and my son travel to india to visit his father when he was 6months old that time...DSWD asked me a notarized letter from his father,a permission from him that i am going to travel with my son..and knowing that we are going to visit his father ha...and sinced in 2 days time we are going to fly and if we will get that notarized letter from him,it will takes few days,so he just sent me a letter thru e-mail and show it to DSWD.DSWD called the father to confirmed that it was from him (letter) b4 they give me that permit to travel. thats why i asked here coz i really want to know from those who have made already a stuff like this. but of course i will inquire this from DSWD b4 i leave...just to make sure that everything is OK so he can follow me soon. thanks everyone once again! more power!	shanleybelle07	Female	Philippines	2008-01-26 23:20:00

Jan 29 i will be recieving back my documents...i checked online and its already arrived in Cebu last Mon morning and its already out for delivery...so today, i was like crazy to keep on tracking where the documents go...i called the DFA Manila,for hundreds times but no reply...i called the 2GO customer service in Manila and Cebu...and finally at around 5pm,i was relieved...my documents arrived here at home but the refund (P900) i have to wait 2-3 days...i paid P1300 but i paid the courier charges w/c is P400...bad! well,another charge to experience...hehehehe! anyways,i will try to get this passport renew by my own tomorrow..any suggestion whats the best time to go to DFA Cebu so i can be away from falling on line and wait there.pls pls pls advice ur lazy co VJ'rs. thanx	shanleybelle07	Female	Philippines	2008-01-30 08:18:00
