I had my interview last October 24 and i was given 221g form asking my police clearance from oman (it was really my mistake coz i missed that document)... I called oman police yesterday and they told me to call again tomorrow.. hope i will have a good news tomorrow... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	badly need help	well I hate to tell you but you are at their mercy. you have to wait and just try calling and calling. you can't force them to issue it faster... and keep in mind certain countries it takes a LONG time to get PC even if you are resident of that country. reading that guideline above it sounds like it will take awhile. just be patient which is hard to do I know... I really hope i can have it soon. waiting really sucks. but we cnt do anything on it.. i will call and call them.. hope they will gve it to me. Hi everyone, My wife finished her interview and my question was is it normal for the immigration to take her and my children's passports? the thing about it was the interviewer didn't say your approved but she said that they need form I-684w for my oldest daughter so when she enters she will be a natural born citizen, so i assume that the visa's are approved. secondly, how long does it take for my wife and children to receive their visa's? this was in the Philippines, and i am very new to this stuff i really appreciate the feedback	stephen.low1	Male	Philippines	2012-02-03 20:24:00

Philippines	Medical Exam, 3-day Sputum, Culture, etc	I had my 3 day sputum extraction on September 24, 25 and 26. I was instucted to go back to SLEC on September 30 for Pulmonary Evaluation. On that day I was told by the radiologist that i have phlegm on my right upper lung, however all my 3 sputum collected are smears negative, and was instructed to follow-up the sputum culture result on November 26 which is the 61 day after my sputum collection. I am a little bit confused, as others were to follow up their result after 8 weeks or 57 day after sputum collection or for me it is November 21. which is which? Also i was told that my medical will expire on February 20, which is 90 day after November 21if that is the case, is my sputum culture result can be obtained on November 21 or 26? any advice will be greatly appreciated...	ana2013	Not Telling	Philippines	2013-11-20 10:44:00

We are doing a research on the documents we need. I read from the website (http://manila.usemba...v/marriage.html) ____________________________ DISCLAIMER: Philippine Law requires non-Filipino citizens to obtain a Certificate of Legal Capacity to Marry if they wish to marry in the Philippines. U.S. Consular Officers cannot make any official certification about the status or eligibility to marry of persons residing in the United States who propose to be married abroad, or about the laws of the United States or of any of the fifty States or Territories about eligibility for marriage or the solemnization of a marriage. Instead, the U.S. Embassy provides an Affidavit In Lieu of Certificate of Legal Capacity to Marry. The affidavit is the only document the U.S. Embassy is able to provide. If the local registrar refuses to accept the affidavit, there is nothing that the U.S. Embassy in Manila can do. It is the applicant’s responsibility to verify directly with the local registrar their requirements. In late 2011, the U.S. Embassy learned that the following local registrars had refused to accept the Affidavit In Lieu of Certificate of Legal Capacity to Marry as a viable alternative to the Philippine document: Makati City, Quezon City, Davao City. Please note that all fees paid for this notary service are non-refundable.
