What documents does she need to secure here in the US for her wedding? Also documents she needs coming back here. Any answers or comments will be appreciated. Thank you! She must bring her original birth certificate. Very important is her legal capacity which she can get at US Embassy. She must make an appointment for the legal capacity to marry. Our local municipal office just asked my husband's both original and photo copy of birth certificate, passport and legal capacity to marry. What we did, we made an appointment at US embassy before he arrived in Philippines. We just got married last July. IMBRA Special Topics	request for DNA from consulate	i just got done dna test for my 7 months old last June 29, the consulate will not going to contact you even if u already saw that they already received the kit, the hospital that is accredited with your consulate will be the one who will going to contact you to give you the schedule. Just like mine, the embassy already received it June 7 and the hospital contacted me after 2 days and gave me schedule. And oh you paid a lots for that, i only paid mine for only $565. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	My fiance's 1040 form was filed by H&R block	well, when i submit documents to my son's CRBA they asked for my fiance's w2 tax and tax summary i gave them original copy which was filed by H&R Block and they accepted it, as long as you have the w2 that supports maybe they would accept it. just make sure that whatever is in your w2 it is the same in your H&R Block summary . This is a reminder that the Embassy gave me together with my son's passport and his CRBA> (one page) IMPORTANT REMINDER: DISCOVERED ERRORS IN THE CONSULAR REPORT OF BIRTH ABROAD (CRBA) - FS-240 Approved CRBA applications are forwarded to the Department of State once this has been done the embassy cannot make any ammendments or corrections to the CRBA Certificate (FS-240). If you discover an error in FS-240, you will need to submit a notarized request to : US DEPARTMENT OF STATE PASSPORT SERVICES VITAL RECORDS SECTION 1111 19TH ST, NW, SUITE 510 WASHINGTON, DC 20522-1705 for the requirements and fees how to replace or amend a CRBA, visit the DOSwebsite www.state.travel.gov/passport/get/first/first_825.html In your request, please make sure to include the previously issued Fs-240, or an affidavit explaining the unavailability of this document, as well as the appropriate fee (the same as for the originally issued fs-240) and documents to support the corrections that need to be made. This is the short story, so he came here last year and visited me for 21 days, last February 2010 since his former company didn't give him a long vacation he quit from his job, but when he came back he worked into different companies and became a permanent employee Last November upto this date. So naturally his derived annual income last year was low, Now from January 2011 up to his date his Year-To-Date income is already sufficient for the 3 of us which is 23+ for the 3 of us, himself, me and our son. my question is what amount am I gonna put on that line, his income last year or his current income but we are still on the month of October and year ends on the month of December. My interview will be on november 28 but he already sent me the affidavit of Suport form and he put blank that line so i can fill up. Another question is: I have 3 kids from my ex-husband and one son is from my fiance, now we planned and decided that we will not accompany my 3 kids just the youngest one , so is my 3 kids included to be dependents too ? I don't have problem with my papers when i interviewed last May 23. The only thing we need to get done is DNA test for my fiance and for my son. They already sent the kit today to US Embassy here and the collection of specimen for my fiance will be on friday.
