I did EP -Medical Report (without the X-Ray) -Express Post Envelope -Original DS-230 and Copy -new ds-230 and copy (for son and I) -Original and photocopy of Marriage Certificate -Original PCC and copy -Original and photocopy of my Birth Certificate (for son and I) -Photocopy of my passport biographic page(for son and I) -Original I-864 and copy -new i-864 and copy -Tax Transtripts and copies -Employment letter and copy -Paystubs and copy -Bank statement and copy -Passport Pictures and copy (for son and I) -Court records and copy -custody records and copy PROOF emails,chat log pictures joint leases,car,bills flights,car rentals,bus tickets cards,money orders, / Do I need to bring a copy of proof? or will just the one of it do? should i bring the original i-130? Canada	Travelling to US during CR-1 process	I have never really ever had too much trouble at the border over the two past year only once have we been asked to go inside. That was at the rainbow bridge i believe, we havent gone there since lol. usually we go fort erie or lately we use the 1000 island entry. Canada	Kids and passports?	Hello, From what prior experience from last year if you are traveling via land a birth certificate and a letter From the mom allowing the trip. However a passport is needed for all air trips and would be a benefit. The father can go get the children the passports if they have joint custody and on the pasport from there will be a place for the mom to sign as long as she signs it he can get the passport. My fiance finally got his passport with the long awaited visa. After 3months and 3weeks of administrating processing we finally got it! To all who are waiting best of luck and my prayers from the bottom of my heart. I know how frustrating it can be. We got to be patient. Again, I have a quick question: My fiance is booking a one way ticket to NY on K1 Visa. Is that okay? I heard that US visas need 2-way ticket, but it doesn't make sense for k1 visa. Any suggestions or advice? Once Again Thank you for all the help No one ways are fine as she is coming to the states on a k-1 visa ...only one entry visa.
