? Joint I-751 petition for removal of conditions of permanent resident status ? Joint bank statements from late 2011 ? Mortgage statement with joint names from the home we bought together in December 2012 ? Proof of loan statement in joint names ? Apartment lease agreement in joint names (Sept 2011-August 2012) ? Apartment Lease Agreement in joint names (Aug 2012-July 2013) even though we moved out in December 2012. ? Life Insurance details ? Pension beneficiary statements ? Mortgage Statement ? Several vehicle insurance cards showing joint names and addresses ? 401 K Beneficiary notification ? Property tax statement ? 2012 Federal Tax Returns in joint names ? 2011 Federal Tax Returns ? Tattoo on my chest depicting date of wedding and my wifes name in Kanji (As my wife lived in Japan for 3 years) ? 3 Affidavits from U.S citizens attesting to our relationship and marriage. NO PHOTOS!!!!!!!

I received a letter yesterday from USCIS saying I have been approved, I am now a lawful permanent resident. I should get my new Green Card within 60 days, woooohooooooooo.

Had my biometrics, got there an hour early.

Took my fingerprints and photo.

I was in there 15 minutes and sent on my way,

Quite funny that the lady that took my details could hardly speak English

When the io Cambell welcomed me i knew it would have been a tough one for me

I was prepared and ready with certified court disposition of my arrest in 2009 for patronizing and led guilty to misdemanor

Mr campbell , a tall african american io, went through the whole app including trips counts date stamps in passport and travel dates.
Then he repeated all questions in n400 and at the question "have u ever been arrested" i saud yes and i went into emotions and cried a bit

As he cntinued asking me qyestions i was still emotional and he offered me tissue and a bowaterof water

Passed with "aa" all tests and handed me a letter " decision cant be made" and said a supervisor had to look at it.

Does anyine knows mr campbell? How many chances ive to pass?

I gave him the original certified copy of court disposit so if i want to reapply how do i get a copu back?

But you were not denied right.I had my citizenship interview and they told me the same thing a decision cannot be made.three days later they sent me a letter saying I had been approved.
I hope it works out the same for you.

N400 and supervisor's review

These people are so frustrating.Why can't they simply come out and say its approved and spare you the agony of waiting for that mail.If the case is completed, why the need for "We will mail you a notice once a final decision has been made" I thought the supervisor was reviewing the case so if it is now complete, why the language about a final decison.They should just come out and say it is approved already.

You were arrested for a traffic ticket? I have never heard that one.I have been stopped for tickets before but never arrested.

How to request IRS transcript

I filed my citizenship based on marraige to a US citizen.I took all the requested tax transcripts but they were not required.you can take it to be on the same side and if it makes you feel more comfortable.Good Luck.

Hetty when I did my timeline it said if I don't get anything between January 21st and February 2nd then I should call the uscis to find out what's going on I am being so patients but its really hard!
